Verified reviewTook 14 days to arrive, following tracking it went through almost every country in the EU before arriving with me and the only message I received when enquiring was "Oh delivery companies are experiencing long delays at the moment". Well Mares if you send something by way of the north pole to get next door its gonna take time...ridiculous delay accompanied by a ridiculous excuse.

Hello, we are sorry for the delay. You received your order in 8 working days, instead of the 7 working days stated on your order. Unfortunately, with COVID emergency, some courier depots are closed and re-routing parcels may cause issues. Actually, we ship from Italy and delivery was in Ireland, so crossing some European countries to deliver the parcel is normal, as the economy service shipment does not fly.

WOW!!! Your response to the situation is to insult me? Really??? Geographically there is only one country between your country and the delivery country called France with which you share a 515km border. But in all its wisdom the courier service you chose sent the item from an Italian depot to an Austrian depot. Followed by dispatch to a German depot. Next they dispatched it to a depot in the Netherlands before embarking it on a lengthy sea service to Ireland. Once in my own country which is only 220km across this courier took a further three days to get it to me. Ordering on Friday the 19th of November and receiving on 2nd of December is 10 working days surely or 14 full days, two weeks last time I checked. Wouldn't blame your company but the service you use. Accept for when I enquire your response was useless and now when I comment on the events you retort in an insulting manner. If this is your idea of an apology I'm not really sure that customer service is your thing. I am happy with the product and will probably use your shop again in the future but think you should have someone take a look at the courier service you use and whether it could be improved, that is all.

We are very sorry you felt offended by our answer, that was not our intention at all. I really wish we could have a straight delivery line from Italy to Ireland, actually, none of the international logistics we use offers it at the moment, but we will be happy to implement it when possible. As far as now, we have no control on routing paths.
