I have been looking for an online perfume store in Europe for a long time, which I could trust, both in terms of product quality, and also in terms of financial trust. Just recently I started searching for 2 de Comme des Garçons perfume in Google and I came across the Nose website. I was very pleased that I found not only this fragrance at a great price, but also other brands that interested me. I happily placed an order. Verified reviewUnfortunately the communication is very poor. I had to solicit for days and through different channels to get an answer but The attendant who then answered me was very kind. Now my package has been shipped for 5 days but the tracking has never worked. To get an answer to this I am struggling again. And to think that I had ordered well in advance to receive the gift on time. I doubt I will repurchase if they do not improve their services.

Verified reviewIt had all chances to be perfect, but it appeared as it is. Firstly, prices shown on website differ from those after logging in. Thus, as in my case of 100 ml BDK Parfum 10 ml gratis Parfum was not available. Ooops. I thought okay, I should go to buy it directly from BDk, cause they had this offer as well. Nose free samples of different Parfums convinced me to stay. Well, one more lesson to me: follow your intuition. One of my chosen sample due to its absence was replaced without acknowledging me with another one. BINGO! Now I’m paying extra sessions with therapist to fix painful unwanted immersive experience this scent brought me. It would be great to give a customer a choice to choose a replacement by their own.

Verified reviewI love how it smells I don’t like how it has left burn and sports all over my face, neck and upper body. My doctor gave me allergy medication. Nose say nobody else reported this and it’s a subjective thing with perfumes. They even refused to allow me return the product that damaged me (because it was open). Of course it was open. It damaged me.
