Verified reviewI am from USA and I trusted the store and bought online. I didn’t receive a confirmation after purchasing but when I sent a separate email, they did get back to me. I got the order on time and it was secured in bubble wrap. Customs did a good job putting it back the way it came because the large candle did not get ruined even though there are cut marks on the box but again I’m gonna blame customs. I would purchase from Nose again but I would like to see a confirmation number and email sent immediately after purchase and shipping information emailed out. I trusted their system and it worked but living in the other side of the world, the extra emails would give me a sense of peace. If that is in the future of Nose, then I would 100 percent order all my beauty products from here. Prices are also better even with an exchange rate!!! Also they sent three lovely free samples. Merci Nose.

Items were not bubble-wrapped or protected in the delivery box, so they were rolling about and bumping into one another during the entire journey. The two wooden candle base I bought were scratched by other items in the box.

Please note that, when packing your products, at NOSE we have a meticulous process : your order is always verified and package is in perfect condition when living our company. Also, a majority of products are originally box-packed and sealed. Plus, a "korvu" cardbord inside is made espacially to contained and covered the products; if the parcel is moving during transit, products could not move inside at all. Even we didn't receive any email from you that noticed us of the damaged candles or saying you've encountered failure, but we want to trust you if your products were possibly shocked during transportation and would like to apologize again for this unexpected experience. Hi Melis, I regret not taking any photo of the box when it arrived but I think you can easily verify the packing process if you take the time to speak with your delivery team. I want to correct some of your claims: 1) You say products cannot move inside the box at all. That is a false claim because I see no cardboard or bubble wrap or paper in the box that protects my 2 candles, 2 candle base and free gifts from moving about. 2) You say majority of products are sealed. Well, I bought 2 Cire Trudon candles and they are not plastic wrapped and the surface of the boxes can easily be scratched when knocked against one another. I also bought 2 Cire Trudon wooden vases that are not wrapped in anything, which is why they are scratched as mentioned in my original feedback. To be honest, this is a major disappointment for me because any retailer would have just bubble wrapped the wooden bases, instead of throwing them into the box with zero protection. I am putting aside this bad experience and truly hope you take my feedback seriously.
