  Great service and smooth process of ordering and delivery. The packaging is very attractive, and the teas taste amazing! I haven't tried them all yet, but the ones I did try are wonderful. And I also got a free surprise sample + a discount code. I will definitely order again in the future.

  I wish the points program was clearer. Unfortunately I found out after I received my order that my €75 earned no points because I don’t live in France. If you don’t live in France I would suggest to order from a local distributor than using the website.

  I've been a customer with Palais des Thés for 10+ years, ever since wandering into one of their in-person stores. That store has long since shut down, but I've kept ordering as an international because the tea quality is among the best and the online experience is very polished. Here's to the next decade!

  It took two weeks to arrive. Disappointed that I could not get it when I needed it. Delivery postponed the scheduled date several times and the online store never responded to my enquiries. Worst of all I was looking forward to it.

  Very fast service abroad! I live in Sweden and I ordered a similar cup that I'd bought in France and accidentally broken, and it arrived in excellent condition just a few days later. Extra plus for the free samples and the very cute tea caddy! Will definitely order from Palais de Thes again!
