  The website is translated in English very well. The only downside is the emails are sometimes in French and the magazine I received with my order was completely in French. The tea is the best quality I've ever had.

  A very wide selection of teas, simply delicious. I liked the fact that the teas were categorised by variety - it was very convenient to choose. At some points, for example, I searched for cherry tea but found nothing but cherry blossom, but going and reading about each tea (looking for cherry) is very time consuming. I would really like to get more samples, at least at a separate price, so that I don't have to buy a whole bag of teas.

  As always the service is quite outstanding. Even though I live in The Netherlands, the parcel with teas arrives within a few days. The only thing I have my reservations about is that shopping with Palais des Thes is a bit addictive to me because I am a real tea enthustiast and one would say that there is a limit of the amount of tea one can have :o). I love that they have quite a large range of organic teas and that the rest of their teas is also clean. And of course, also very important, I love the taste of (most) of their teas so far.

  My order was never delivered. The tracking said the address is invalid, which is not true. I have received multiple orders with the exact same address. I have sent the company four emails about this issue and so far there has been zero responses. I paid for tea, received nothing.

  Sve je u predivnim pakiranjima i stiglo relativno brzo iako su bili blagdani,pokloni dobrodošlice također su super,ali...moram priznati da sam od okusa čajeva očekivala više,pogotovo od the du hammam kojega sam prvi put probala 2018.g.i to vrećicu čaja(moram priznati da mi se izgled tadašnjeg pakiranja još više sviđa nego sadašnje)i taj čaj je bio nešto nikad prije probano, savršen,bez ikakvih dodataka sladak sam po sebi..sada je to mirisan ali običan čaj kojeg ne bih mogla popiti bez malo meda ili šećera.Unatoč tome,sve pohvale!

  In general, everything is OK. But… in December there were gifts with your order - first it was chocholate spread for over 50 eur and special tea for over 90 eur. Few days later there was nothing, then chocholate spread reappeard, no tea. Then it was one chocholate spread and two chocholate spreads. Total confusion. Chocholate spread is really good and I wanted to order more item to get it, but no, all of a sudden there is no chocholate spread. So, I didn’t order two more packages. The same happened with cherry marmolade with chai and shortbreads with chocholate and orange - one day there is some, next day no more. Also Hammam tea - no more 100g pouches. My point is that quality is really good, but stock is bad. Gifts with orders are great idea and great incentive for me to buy more but you should plan the market demand and stock up. I know that Palais des Thes is about tea - we drink a lot of it, but sweet treats are also very good and they go graet with tea or as a presents. If these items are going so fast it tells me a) they are really good and people want them and/or b) you don’t have them enough. You should get more and get them on stock. And maybe also sell them not just give them as a gift, e.g. chocholate spread. More revenue for you and happy customers. I hope this will improve in the future.

  I have been buying my tea from Palais des Thés for a long time now, and I have always been delighted with the choice and quality of their products. The parcels arrive promptly, and always with a few presents inside, which I love! Only on two occasions was there a problem (mistake in an order and late delivery), and both times the lovely team at Palais des Thés reacted immediately and compensated me generously.   In general I am very happy with Palais des Thés, they process the order quickly and they have a good client 'bonus program' in my opinion. And the quality of the teas is excellent, I now am a very spoiled tea drinker.. With my last order I ordered several tins (filled with tea and empty ones) and some of them were unfortunately damaged. I can still use them, but it is a pity they are not in the most optimal condition.
