  Dissapointed that teapot had a fault in coating. A 160 eur teapot should be without fault i.e. better quality control.

  This was an easy order handled perfectly. The tea arrived in excellent condition very quickly. The only issue I have is that the website does not include the USA in the drop down list of countries when you are filling out the billing and delivery information at checkout. I asked about it didn't get a coherent answer. Please add it so that I can order from the USA when I'm there-otherwise great

  I keep getting samples with each order I make. But they are always of teas I am not interested in.This is a waste. It would be far more useful if you used it to offer me samples either similar to what I order (regularly) or ask me what I'd like to try.

  Love the teas but there are bugs on the site making ordering difficult. Items disappear from shopping basket between shopping and checkout. I have to make several attempts before it works. Please fix so that I can continue to enjoy the excellent tea.

  I regret that I can't use my fidelity card for online orders. In the shops in Brussels the tea was out of stock. So I had no other choise than ordering online. Expensive because I didn't got 10 off and I had to pay the shipping costs.

  My loyalty card has not worked for a long time and I have not been able to contact anyone to deal with this issue. I have to use a repeat order in order to get my discount. On one occasion when I was trying to order I found myself in another person's account.   The goods are brilliant. The delivery yet again sucks. I had to make 3-4 calls to the delivery company to find out exactly which house package was left in. I was at home all day working but there was NO attempt to deliver. They left it with a neighbour in another terrace - but literally a stones throw from my house. I did not recognise the name of the neighbour so that was the start of a hunt.
