  In the email we received the day of delevery our adress only contained the house number and city i live not my street. Luckily we were able to let the package delivered in a central place where we could go to get it Maybe there is some possibility to optimise the adresses. On the package itself it was correct. (Belgium) The tea is amazing i love the tropical garden even cold it tastes great

  I love infusion teas of Palais des Thés very much which are not found in Japan. The quality of the tea is very high not only in taste also the flavor. The shop services in handling and shipping are quite favorable always received products within a week even in Japan.

  Wonderful products great packaging but huge delays with shipping and no tracking number due to a website error. However the people at customer support made sure that everything was still in order (and did so in English) so I’m overall still happy with my experience ordering them from Ukraine

  I have placed two orders a year for the last 15 years and had perfect service with every order. The quality of the teas sold including the cheaper ones is superb and I drink nothing else. The website can be used in English. Postage to the UK is by air-mail and reasonably priced.

  My order arrived with 9 days of delay. There was some trouble with its delivery. I phoned several times both to Palais des Thés and Chronopost. It took time and several phone calls to France but it was solved and Palais des Thés refunded my shipping costs.
