  I gave 4 and not 5 start to the delivery service because I received the order fast but the package was in a bad shape - broken to the point where one could reach inside with a hand :(

  The teas are wonderful. I highly recommend them. But why are they shipped in a box filled with plastic-foam chips ? This is really not of this time anymore. Think of the environmen pleaset!

  I really liked the website – it's very user-friendly, clear, and the ordering process is quick and easy. The delivery was also fast, which I appreciate. However, there was one issue: the package was left in the hallway of my apartment building without a signature, just on the floor. I was away at the time and had to ask my neighbors to keep it for me, which was inconvenient. It would be much better if the delivery required a signature or was taken to the nearest pick-up point to avoid situations like this.

  Os chás são óptimos, de extrema qualidade, a encomenda chegou rápido. O único senão foi a caixa de cartão onde veio a encomenda, é fraca, apanhou chuva e vinha meia mole e já com rasgões , por isso dei 3 estrelas. Devem enviar para destinos mais longe (Portugal) em caixas mais robustas.

  I buy 2nd and 3rd flush Darjeeling and Thés des lords . We buy herbal teas sometimes too. The quality is first rate. I used to order my Darjeeling directly from India but it find I get better price and as good quality here. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there is no free postage. I order chocolate from Alain Ducassee in Paris and I get free postage when I order more than €100. Anyway, this is a top quality product and top quality service.

  I am little bit disapointmant due to the fact that single item were not wraped by itself so I obtain scrathed cans and advent callendar was broken in obe point, I would recomended better wraping servise so items can be undamaged next time, thank you.

  It is always a seamless experience ordering from Palais des Thes. Even though I am ordering from Malta I always receive the order within 3 days. Everything is packed properly, never any damage and all the tea is wonderful, as always.

  I have been ordering my annual supply of tea from Palais des Thes for many years. The quality of their tea is second to none and I can drink nothing else now and would be lost without my Earl Grey (Lords Tea). Top notch! Highly recommend.

  They included a free gift and then included the value of the free gift in the invoice which pushed the value over the taxable limit for my country of residence so I ended up with an unexpected duty payment to make and the associated hassle, after I had purposefully ordered an amount that would arrive duty free. So, a nice gesture, but kind of a f*ck up in the end.

  The tea is delicious and the shipping is fast, the only bad thing is that memebers outside of France (i am from Slovenia) don't get some exlcusive advantages because of location. I'm in Thèophile imperial most of the time, but i don't benfit from it, so I think mabye there shouldn't be any shipment fee.
