  Palais des Thés make the best tea in the world. Blue of London Earl Grey is stunning and you can see why when you open the container and see the colours of bergamote and smell the aromas as with their other teas which are full of complex aromas taste and beautiful infusions. I love that you can see the natural herbs flowers and fruits in their creations. Outstanding produce and superb service.

  Very expensive shipping for tea that is so light. A free shipping option should be introduced when you spend over a certain amount. The delivery experience wasn’t good. I don’t how but the wrong postcode was applied to my address even though I manually inputted the postcode.

  Excellent quality teas, very difficult to source here in Greece. Had a problem with the delivery and had to make a 50km round trip to collect parcel due to "incorrect address!?" Nothing unusual there as I have never had a successful delivery with this particular courier in almost 20 years of living at this address! However I would not hesitate in ordering more of your fantastic products in the future. It would take a lot more than a delivery problem to come between me and good quality tea.

  I love the tea, the quality is superb! I can only buy online, because going to a store I never had a good experience. The only problem is that DPD or DHL always says that I am not at home and leaves to a pickup point, but I was actually at home and waiting for it on the window that they told me.

  The best teas. When Paleis du Thee shut down their store in Dublin they were sorely missed as no other rea merchant can ev n compete with them for quality. Online shopping experience is great. Delivery arrived in 4 days and process was efficient.

  Only 4 because 2 of the tea boxes were in a really bad shape :( meaning that one of them looked as if somebody would’ve step on it and the other was not as badly damaged, but still damaged. The delivery is pretty fast (1 week) and the packaging is good. The tea boxes were clearly not damaged during delivery… I’m sure that they were already damaged when the order was prepared.

  It's quite easy to find on the site what you need. It would be even better though if there was a filter option. So you can for example filter on organic and green tea, or on organic and herbal tea etc. The favorites section doesn't seem to work perfectly, so there's a little work with regards to that I think to make browsing and searching easier. But truly, that's just sort of nitpicking :o)

  Shipping charge should be dependent of weight. I think 8€ is expensive. There should be a free shipping when you spend over a certain value like most other companies.
