  I had problems with delivery. They sent me an email saying that the address was wrong, but there was no option to write or call somewhere to clarify the address. After a few desperate days, without being able to contact anyone, I guess they checked the address again and the package arrived. Another thing I missed is that you don't have an email to answer questions. I only saw the option to call by phone. But I don't know how to speak French or English. In fact, I'm using Google Translate right now. I recommend an email address to ask questions.

  Found out about this brand while I was in Paris passing their beautiful store. I’m a big tea lover and they honestly have an amazing selection of teas. Unfortunately ran out of all the teas I bought and I was quite sad about it. Luckily I found that they ship in Europe so now I can finally enjoy my favorite teas again!

  Delivery service indicated unsuccessful delivery although I was at home all the day. Then silence for a week, then another unsuccessful attempt to deliver, then finally success. I had to call them 3 times and first time they couldn't even tell me where my package was

  My teas were deposited in my garbage container by DPD delivery service. I had not been given adequate information by DPD about date and time of delivery. Ony a note in my letterbox indicating that the parcel had been dropped in the gray garbage container....

  The ease of website is very good. The delivery time is fast. But the shipping charge is quite expensive. You must have some cheaper shipping options for overseas buyers. For me, ordinary air with envelope packaging is enough.
