  Would be great to have free delivery, because in montenegro you have a custom limit of 75€, if more you pay 21% tax. But they include delivery also in these 75€.

  I bought myself a Christmas set and also an advent to send friends. Unpacking my delivery from Palais des Thes was one of the loveliest unpacking experiences I ever knew - so many bonuses and gifts, sets have beautiful design which filled me with excitement. It also smells superb. I would highly recommend and would also come back for more

  Addresses in Japan are written in order from the largest area to the smallest area. The order is country name, prefecture, city, town, and street address. In the case of mail from a foreign country, the reverse order of address, town, city, prefecture, and country is also acceptable. However, it appears that there are no rules regarding the handling of address data on your website. Input, display, and label printing are not unified. I would like address handling for Japan to be the same as for the US.

  For delivery I had to take 1 star down, because the quality of packaging was worse than usually. The box had just one layer of not well sticking tape on, the package was partially open and damaged (but nothing missing). Definitely not robust enough for international transport...

  I absolutely love the tea. But a couple things have got me a bit sad. 1st I couldn't use my discount voucher bc of an system mistake. 2nd The delivery sometimes it's not the best as I'm not sure when it's going to be delivered or theres no option to choose a day since I'm out of gome to work from 7am to 8pm. Its always a struggle to try and have someone to receive the package.

  The fact that delivery was so fast is nothing compared to how good the teas are. Everything we have tried from PdT has been astonishingly good. I would highly recommend getting one of the sample boxes with multiple types of tea. It has opened our eyes (and tastebuds) completely.

  The browsing experience on the website is very easy and intuitive, I have been a loyal customer of Palais des Thes and love ordering from them even now that I have moved to another country. The delivery was quick, the unpacking experience is always a joy and the tea itself is rich in flavour, consistent and always accompanies my start and end of each day.
