  Love the teas but there are bugs on the site making ordering difficult. Items disappear from shopping basket between shopping and checkout. I have to make several attempts before it works. Please fix so that I can continue to enjoy the excellent tea.

  The goods are brilliant. The delivery yet again sucks. I had to make 3-4 calls to the delivery company to find out exactly which house package was left in. I was at home all day working but there was NO attempt to deliver. They left it with a neighbour in another terrace - but literally a stones throw from my house. I did not recognise the name of the neighbour so that was the start of a hunt.

  My loyalty card has not worked for a long time and I have not been able to contact anyone to deal with this issue. I have to use a repeat order in order to get my discount. On one occasion when I was trying to order I found myself in another person's account. Very worrying I would like to vary my order so please send my a new loyalty card or loyalty number to sal.layden22@gmail.com

  I regret that I can't use my fidelity card for online orders. In the shops in Brussels the tea was out of stock. So I had no other choise than ordering online. Expensive because I didn't got 10 off and I had to pay the shipping costs.
