Verified reviewBad customer communication. My order was cancelled and I was given no reason. I tried contacting but it was impossible. Eventually I got a response after having sent numerous emails a week later to say my "package was lost". runninn knew it was lost and that's why they refunded me. I should have just been sent a new package and it would have saved a lot of stress and not have wasted my time. The whole process took over a month!

Verified reviewPaid extra for quick delivery and the item didn’t arrive until 3 days after the given delivery date. I tried to request a refund for the additional postage and they refused. Poor customer service. Won’t use again disappointed as actual product good.
