  Product out of stock. Very late dispatch. High price of delivery. No communication as why the dispatch was so late. When trying to cancel the order, Sanareva stated they had already dispatched. Nonetheless, ten days later I was still waiting for the parcel. Very late in replying to messages.

  BEWARE! This company is using misleading information on their website. I recently purchased what I believed to be florame products (which this company also does sell). When the package arrived I thought I had been.sent essential oils from the wrong brand. When checking I realised that they are using florame (a registered copy written brand name of a very good essential oil brand) in front of another essential oil brand (which I cannot find much information about). They made no attempt to be responsible for misleading advertising. I have bought products from this company before - florame products. I will never buy from them again and highly recommend you find product elsewhere!

  I bought a cheap pill box under the impression it was coming from a UK company and then discovered the postage was from France which was almost the same cost as the item. By that point I had pressed the button to purchase and almost immediately afterwards, saw the total price & got a bit of a shock.

  Never received my order. When I sent an email to signal it (15 days later) they send an “attempt of delivery” pretending that many deliveries have been attempted,l (nobody reached out to let me know, either by phone or email) which is also barely believable considering that I was home. I’m asking for a reimbursement now. I’ll hope to have it.

  The poor review is due to the shipping cost .bought an item for £7.40 and delivery £7.50 with VAT £8.40!!!!!! I won't be using this site again and stick to Allbeauty.uk, or Lookfantastic, with sensible delivery prices!!!! BYE Sanareva.!!!

  I ordered from them beginning of November, i never received my parcel but i paid for the goods of course. I contacted them, they replied saying it has been delivered, on Thursday 17th November and advised me to ask my neighbours if they have it. No s*** Sherlock!!!! How did i not think about asking my neighbours or checking around the house if the parcel has been placed safely! Seriously Where it has been delivered only God and the delivery man know!! I am fuming, not only i lost my money, but this order was essentials for my baby girl. Please do yourself a favour do not order from them, or you’ll be ripped off. They won’t care about your lost parcel as long as they banked your money 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  The products are myriad, first class qualityand the pricing is competitive. Delivery can be longer than you may be used to as some of the products are heavy, like liquid soaps, so I always allow sufficient time when reordering.
