  Best products and great services. Good quality and even better prices !! Happy with my purchase overall! Good delivery, another ordered delivered on time. All the products were intact , I ordered Plasma Marine Hypertonic and Quinton Hypertonic inside are glass ampoules ( no item broken or missing) I am very pleased with it.Thank you ,Sanerva :)

  Sanareva state that the delivery of the product can be between 4-6 days ; however, my order did not arrive after 9 days and this meant it was very late as I wanted to give the one packet as a gift to someone that was travelling abroad.

  I was kind of scared of having to wait weeks and weeks for my product but unfortunately I couldn't find it anywhere else so in spite of all the bad reviews that I had read I decided to take a chance and hope for the best so in the end I received my product in a week without any issues. The one recomendation that I can make is to use a cardboard box instead of an envelope to make sure that the product arrives intact cause when I received mine the box was all wrinkled and I thought that the product had been affected but luckily the tube came with a protective sticker that prevented any leakages.

  Never received previous shipment. I was told address was wrong and it was not. Very slow reply from customer service. Took over a month for a refund. And recently I discovered some money sitting in a so called saving account, some refund that wasn't done to my card but to a sanareva account. So weird practice. Strange company
