  I only gave it 4 stars a the delivery charges are extortionate in my opionion, and it takes more than a week for the items to arrive, for that lenght of time I woudl expect free delivery. Otherwise, all good.

  Sanareva state that the delivery of the product can be between 4-6 days ; however, my order did not arrive after 9 days and this meant it was very late as I wanted to give the one packet as a gift to someone that was travelling abroad.

  Best products and great services. Good quality and even better prices !! Happy with my purchase overall! Good delivery, another ordered delivered on time.   Unfortunately, I still Haven’t received my order, and upon contacting Saraneva, they did not follow up on it at all. And neither did they give me any means to contact the driver, or at least try to follow up on it themselves. Next time, I’ll order from Medino or Amazon.

  I was kind of scared of having to wait weeks and weeks for my product but unfortunately I couldn't find it anywhere else so in spite of all the bad reviews that I had read I decided to take a chance and hope for the best so in the end I received my product in a week without any issues. The one recomendation that I can make is to use a cardboard box instead of an envelope to make sure that the product arrives intact cause when I received mine the box was all wrinkled and I thought that the product had been affected but luckily the tube came with a protective sticker that prevented any leakages.

  Never received previous shipment. I was told address was wrong and it was not. Very slow reply from customer service. Took over a month for a refund. And recently I discovered some money sitting in a so called saving account, some refund that wasn't done to my card but to a sanareva account. So weird practice. Strange company
