Verified reviewSecond complaint that I have not received an invoice from Sanareva. They do not show within the Customer Order page. I have emailed Sanareva again through their contact form but had no response. Will not be using them again as they do not appear to have any usable customer support and cannot meet my business needs. A real shame, orders came well packaged but I just cannot obtain the paperwork I need from them.

Verified reviewContacted Sanareva twice now to request VAT invoices. No response has been received so far. Shame as my first order the invoice was sent automatically. Customer service seems hard to get hold of and no contact numbers.

Verified reviewIn general, the site is fairly easy to follow. The only downside, if there is one, is the fairly high cost of transport. Of course, since the company is outside of the UK, that cost is generally considered to be acceptable.

Verified reviewI would have given Five stars to Sanareva but given only Four Stars because I believe my security details might have been compromised as I received two texts from two different companies telling me that my parcel has been stopped at Customs and needing to pay more funds to release the item with a link attached. Luckily I realised that this could be a scam and I also started to read the reviews of saraneva which is not that great with a lot of negative feedback. Having said that I was so pleased when I received the items with only few days lateness but I did receive them... I believe Sales Team, PR Team and those who are involved in the image of Sanareva must do much more considerably to erase the negativity present. Example for UK, the parcel was delivered by ROYAL MAIL VIA SKM DIRECT LTD and not UPS; Thus Sanareva must say with these things to give Customer more reassurance of how their parcels would be delivered. I WOULD USE SANAREVA MORE IN THE FUTURE AS I BELIEVE IN THIS COMPANY. WELL DONE
