  Unfortunately, I still Haven’t received my order, and upon contacting Saraneva, they did not follow up on it at all. And neither did they give me any means to contact the driver, or at least try to follow up on it themselves. Next time, I’ll order from Medino or Amazon.

  I was kind of scared of having to wait weeks and weeks for my product but unfortunately I couldn't find it anywhere else so in spite of all the bad reviews that I had read I decided to take a chance and hope for the best so in the end I received my product in a week without any issues. The one recomendation that I can make is to use a cardboard box instead of an envelope to make sure that the product arrives intact cause when I received mine the box was all wrinkled and I thought that the product had been affected but luckily the tube came with a protective sticker that prevented any leakages.

  A fair price for a good product. Well packaged is also a key as the glass ampoules are fragile. Sanareva are now trumps for this.
