  The site is easy to follow, particularly once you open an account. The company update you regularly on the purchase and dates and times. When pasted onto the delivery company, which is quickly done, they also send regular emails to ensure l know when and where the delivery is to go. Once delivered, l can see on line as to where the parcels are left. Excellent service all round.

  I did not receive a confirmation of my order by email as promised when I placed my order but I was able to download it from the website. I had to try to pay 3 times for the order before it eventually went through. The order arrived 2 days before expected which was good but there was no advance notification of despatch or delivery. I think I would have done better if I had ordered from a third party rather than direct from Ontex. The postage would have been about £1 cheaper as well.

  Product is good, delivery efficient and customer service is excellent I have dropped a star for the website which I felt had 2 failings: - it is not sufficiently clear that iD is just a brand name usd by Ontex. I had been directed to Ontex as a supplier and could not undestand why I kept landing on iD - also,I really struggled to find information about product sizing and finished up having to pay to return a product I ordered in the wrong size

  They are very easy instructions to follow and once my order is placed, l receive emails letting me know that it has been received, then shortly after another to say that it wiĺl be sent to the delivery company, then a third to let me know that it has been received by them and they will keep me updated as to when it will be sent out. I can find no fault with this company and would highly recommend them.

  Out of stock again! This site sells the best value incontinence products I could find and they have never failed to ship an order or make an error. Saying that, twice now they have run out of what we need for day to day living and we've had to make do elsewhere. In the meantime the prices have crept up by a third, wouldn't mind if that meant continued supply but apparently it doesnt. Not a site you can rely on unfortunately.
