  Very easy to place my order and kept up to date with the status of the delivery of my order. It was received in good condition although the order wasn’t complete. Sanareva responded in minutes to my enquiry and the outstanding order was delivered the next day. Thank you and well done Sanareva!

  I used to love Sanareva and Santé Discount but very disappointed since it has been bought by another company. For instance I've tried to contact the customer service for an order I have never received after 20 days and no answer.

  Efficiency,ordering product etc all very good however it needed to be a stronger package. On arrival it it had obviously burst open, had to be taped and bagged. Rather a mess when it arrived

  I placed my order on 27/10/2024. Today is 14/11/2024 and they still have not sent my order. I received a parcel from them on 04/11/2024 with some items but that was not what I ordered so I could only assume they sent me someone else's order. I got in contact straight away and asked fro them to collect what they sent as it is a big and heavy oarcel and I am 8 months pregnant and not able to send back myself. Also asked for my order to be sent as I was in desperate need of the products. I only got a reply back on 07/11/2024 asking me to send over the barcodes of the items received. No thing else. O received no other communication since. Appalling service, would not recommend anyone to ever order with them as their customer service is an absolute disgrace. I have £172 worth of products that have never been sent to me. This company has caused me a lot of distress in the last 10 days, and considering I am a pregnant person, it is the last thing I needed . Absolutely awful. I will open a dispute with paypal and ask for my money back as this is obviously being dragged and not resolved.

  I have used sanavera since I first got Very bad arthritis 5 years ago . It aleviated my pain and discomfort so much that I haven’t had to take it for the past 2 years . I have bought some more to help with a milder recurrence of the arthritis than I had previously .

  My last experience with Sanareva has not been good. I placed two orders a couple of days apart and on the second order they used their holding company Omniphar to take the money (I used the normal website). This holding company is classed as a financial institution and therefore on top of the normal charge and VAT by Sanareva my Credit card company has charged me a cash advance fee and interest on the transaction (due to an order via a financial institution). Despite contacting them they have not been able to answer my query on why this has happened and how it can be rectified. In fact they don't even seem to understand the query, despite sending them screenshots of their transaction. This is clearly a big issue, and I would recommend caution before ordering form them.

  I only gave it 4 stars a the delivery charges are extortionate in my opionion, and it takes more than a week for the items to arrive, for that lenght of time I woudl expect free delivery. Otherwise, all good.

  Sanareva state that the delivery of the product can be between 4-6 days ; however, my order did not arrive after 9 days and this meant it was very late as I wanted to give the one packet as a gift to someone that was travelling abroad.
