  I have placed an order for MAM dummies age 18+ in boys and unisex colours. I received 2 packs (4 dummies) which was not what I ordered. These was purple with floral designs, not at all useable for a boy. I had contacted customer services who had asked me to return the dummies with myself paying the return postage cost. I live in UK and the return address is France. The postage would cost me more than the £11.60 I paid for the dummies. It was Sanarevas error which I clearly pointed out. I have refused to pay returns cost and they still haven’t responded to my last email over 14 days ago. Very bad customer service. I will not shop with these again.

  Excellent products. Very pleased. This is the second time of ordering the mouthwash. It’s flavour leaves the mouth very fresh. I ordered the gel and used it twice a day every day for a week before visiting the dentist I had a problem with red gums and dentist announced that I had been remarkable with the state of my gums now. After one week the gums were not red and the receding area was improved. I didn’t tell him my secret this visit but will next time. I shall keep this application up for further improvements.

  After Royal mail managed to lose my original order Sanareva made sure another was sent out to me very quickly. I was also given the option to cancel with a full refund. Delighted i opted for second delivery as i wasnt disappointed. Excellent service.

  the customer service at Saraneva is just poor. Ordered an item since 27th June, they say available for immediate dispatch, we are the 13th, still nothing, a tracking number that says the item has not been sent yet to royal mail, but on Saraneva website as well as their email (which is always the same wording) says it was sent. but need further investigation and we need to allow them the 30 days legal limit to send the item!!! seriously!!! i did not buy a cream that i need for a skin condition to leave it on the shelves or cupboard. i will be asking my CC company for a charge back. shocking.

  The site was easy to navigate and the search function found my products quickly. The prices were very good - the cheapest I have found for Elgydium toothpaste. Completing the transaction was also easy. Despatch and delivery were quicker than expected. Altogether a good experience.

  A friend recommended this product to me. It was easy and quick, considering it was shipped from mainland. Shipping fee is about £7. Now that I have been taking the pills for 10 days I'm thinking I should have ordered 2 or 3 boxes. It is that good and the pain in my legs has been severely reduced from what can only be the effect of these pills. Days are hotter, longer hours working, but I've been managing well. Definitely better than usual. I will buy it again and also recomend this natural medicine instead of the conventional pharmaceutical drugs.

  When I made the order the clear expectation was that I’d receive it in a few days and it even stated the date I’d get delivery.   Good prices and arrived in reasonable time. Delivery charge is high so I ordered 3things to spread the cost but after paying was told that 1 of the things was out of stock. I was offered credit to my account or to email if I wanted a refund. I would have preferred an immediate refund on the unavailable item or ideally not to have been able to order it at all all if it wasn't available. It wasn't very clear how to get a refund and my emails were ignored. It was only by going on Facebook that I discovered I had to click on the ticket button on the email. When I did this I got my refund quickly.

  Ok, l'll accept the order was delivered. l had also ordered 2 packs of the soap from Amazon and the two deliveries must have got mixed up. l'm not 100% sure l received the order from you, but l'll accept that Royal Mail said they did deliver the order. l cannot prove otherwise.   Happy with everything I ordered. Always something different on the website that we don't have in the UK. Shipping to the UK covers customs etc., so though it seems a bit high it is worth it. Delivery id pretty quick considering the distance travelled too.
