As far as I am aware only one item of the order was received and it took over a month to receive it. I also didnt get any response from customer services sadly.

We have been in contact with you on the 15th and 16th March, firstly to notify you that two of the products in your order had unexpectedly gone out of stock, and secondly to let you know that if you refused the delivery and the parcel was automatically returned to us, you would be entitled to a refund. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the unexpected stock shortages but we feel that we gave you the information necessary to decide whether or not to accept the order. I have placed several orders with Sanareva. They really do offer a great selection of excellent products. In normal times, I found their delivery times to be quite long. However, they managed to deliver my last order in a very reasonable time during the Covid-19 Pandemic and responded to my enquiries in a very prompt and professional manner. I will definitely keep buying with them (and just plan ahead to receive my products when they are about to run out) !

Given my order was rather complicated, in that I ordered a variety of single items, I was extremely pleased with Sanareva. I was rather surprised ti find that all the information on each product was in French. I unable to comment on each individual products as I trying each in turn. I would be happy to review again at a later date.

I understand that due to the pandemic the shipping may take longer, but it would be a good idea to keep the clients posted and update them about their order and how long it may take to arrive, or at least let them know that you are taking care of that.

Great website for ordering food supplements and specific products. Prices are surprisingly low but the products are completely fine, from what I can see of my own order. The delivery price can be a bit expensive but at least it's DHL and the order is shipped very quickly.
