I’m very disappointed on your service as your products are fake. Vichy Deodorant Product was nothing like your description was saying. That was absolutely waist of my money and my time. Answer by A AFlagI think you are getting confused - I received a £55.20 refund on 30th august for a previous order that you had cancelled. But then I made another order out of which you did not deliver two products - and I never received a refund for those. Please check the order numbers, there must be a mistake. The main issue of your website says things are available and after ordering and paying you get an email saying it was not available. It’s really really frustrating I wasted so much time on this.

Nearly £8 postage for a £3.60 item is painful, and it is really slow (4 days to dispatch). A £75 order is needed before free postage kicks in, I don't need 21 of these. Otherwise the service is fine.

Postage is related to size and weight, customs charges are related to the cost of the item. So adding a random charge on to the postage does not make any sense. Taxes should be proportionate to the value of the item and added to the items price before payment!

Very bad customer service. Has taken weeks to resolve the issue of the wrong product being sent to me. Not everyone has the facility for sending photographs via email and I had to ask my son to help with this before you would believe me. I still have not been advised whether a refund has been given. Excellent company. The product was good quality, everyone was impressed. Delivery was fast and well packaged. I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because shipping was £8.50 for Royal Mail 1kg small parcel, which could have sent fully tracked for cheaper, £6.50 for postage and packaging cost is much more reasonable and the norm. Other than that, I’m very happy and will use them again, but only when needing to place a bulk order, purely because of the postage cost.

I was recommended your product by my partner who already uses your suncreams and has a skin allergy to the sun. We’ve started using it on our son too. The suncream smells lovely and protects our skin very well. It’s not sticky and feels nice to wear. It smells nice too. Ordered two Actinica lotion. One was good but the other had a faulty pump and I am unable to extract the lotion from the bottle and it is therefore unusable. Sanareva will refund me for the product but not for postage returns, taxes and customs to France. If I return the faulty product, I would have paid for postage twice! Completely unacceptable and won’t be using them again.
