Site is difficult to navigate and delivery although paid for is very slow. It takes over 7 days to deliver. Im in London UK and i ordered items 9 days ago, paid for delivery, and still waiting.

Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated, excluding an additional delay that may add on if your parcel gets retained in customs. Your order was dispatched on 28/09 and delivered on 06/10. It was retained in customs for 48 hours, we unfortunately do not have any control of that. This review would have been 5 star but unfortunately I was unable to use the link provided to track my order; I did try several times but the message was always the same - words to the effect that the courier had not yet taken receipt of my package. However, goods were dispatched promptly and I received my order within about 10 days of placing it - timescales were as advised on website.

Products arrived in very poor condition, heavier item packed on top of lighter items so squashing the boxes, Why would anyone pack an order like that? Tried to use in house support system numerous times that kept saying that it could not submit request? Have contacted customer support and still no reply a week later?? Absolutely terrible service and i would hesitate to use again unless had assurances from support team that it is a one off, if they ever get back!

Hi, I have emailed photos on 3 occasions as i cannot do it with the in house support system! There does not appear to be any way to upload photos through this system either? So how exactly am i meant to send the photos? Regards Kevin

Good morning Kevin, You can send us photos through your customer account. Please click on "Contact" then "Contact Customer Services", scroll down then you can view "Contact information" like the screenshot attached here below. You may then add up to 3 different files to your mail. Our email inbox is linked to our internal system but we for some reason did not receive the one you sent that included the photos. I have tried numerous times on lots of different days and as i keep saying your site will not allow me to send photos, i can send a message without photos ok but not with photos. It either says it cannot submit request or i am not allowed to see ticket? This has gone on long enough i would like to return those damaged items at your cost as i cannot provide proof through your site and you are not giving me any other options to provide that proof as i have sent them by email as well and you have not seen or replied to that either. I have sent emails on 8th, 12th and 14th with photos attached.

The item arrived and was as expected but it took quite a while to get here. One can make allowance for the current delivery problems throughout the country but there seemed no way to track the parcel.

The shipping took a week longer than the maximum which was formally stated. Once a product did arrive, it turned out to be the wrong product. After contacting them 4 or 5 times to clarify that the product was not the one indicated, and to ask for a refund, they took a week to respond and then expressed the position that the product was the correct one despite the obvious differences between the actual product and the one described on both their website and on the sales receipt which was sent to me. This is the first time I have ever had such a misleading and problematic and purchasing experience despite regularly purchasing various items online.

There is indeed a mistake in the product title, although that it is mentioned many times in the description that theses are capsules. As I have already stated in previous emails to you, the package was opened and a capsule was removed as part of the process of ensuring that the product was in no way a tablet or of some unusual format. If you accept the return of opened goods, please do send me a "return label" as I do feel that a refund is fully justified. JGiacomin
