The ordering process with Quirumed was simple and efficient. The autoclave arrived on time, well packaged, and in excellent condition—overall a positive experience. However, it’s important for UK customers to know that Quirumed does not offer installation and commissioning services in the UK, as they are based in Spain. This step is essential to comply with UK regulations before operating such equipment. It would be helpful if this was made clearer during the ordering process.

Ordering this reception desk from the website was fairly straightforward , communication from Quirmed regarding the delivery was clear ,however, the delivery was terrible . The delivery company used was FedEx/TNT . This company is absolutely terrible . Their website and customer service is awful , when they messed my first delivery date up , I tried contacting them but it was impossible to get touch with them . I could carry on complaining about FedEx/TNT but I stop .

Misselling practices and then ignore to deal with the query when raised. Beware, you will be hit with huge import taxes which they dont mention anywhere during the buying process. Only in tiny T&C's somewhere.

The products could have been amazing but half of it arrived broken. Because of the policy saying I need to let them know about any damage within 24 hours I have no hope to get a refund or get sent a new product, even though I’m in the middle of opening my own studio and it’s a pure worksite there was no way I could open the parcels within 24 hours. The quality was poor and I had to do some DIY fix to try to fix the drawers from the workstation and glue the attach from the to towel dispenser so I can put it on the wall. Very disappointing.

I tried to cancel the order a few days after I placed it due to change in circumstances, before it left Spain. I wrote 3 emails, requesting cancellation and told Fedex when they rang me to pay tax’s to return it to sender, they said they will. Despite all this the machine was delivered. It came damaged, I informed the company and sent pictures of damage, they have not replied or acknowledged any of my emails requests. I will never deal with this company and if 0 rating was available that’s what I would give this review. I usually never write negative reviews as I am a business owner, however my experience with this company was awful and I think people should know when they place the order there is no option of cancellation.

After writing a detailed review of my terrible experience, I got an email to ask me to send evidence which I have done, and got no reply or action, which seemed like a futile excercise. My previous honest Google review was not posted cos the company replied to the review and made it seem it was my fault cos I had not gone to the website to resolve this. I had no idea I had to. My 4 emails direct to the company official email given on the booking platform has been ignored. I still cannot use the facial machine. This company’s after sales service is terrible and needs to be reviewed. I am a business owner and write this review only to warn people that if they need to return an item, it is an impossible task, my review in no way implies the quality of product is not good.

The ordering process was a little confusing but manageable. The item did not arrive when promised and I waited in a whole day Friday. It did arrive on the Monday and I got notification by email that morning saying it would be delivered that day. No time slot was given. As I had to sign for delivery this was difficult as I already had commitments. However it did arrive at a convenient time. The product, a large wheelchair is excellent. So on the whole good outcome.

While the chair arrived on time, I’m disappointed with the quality given the price. The design is attractive, but the support padding lacks density, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, the hinges are made from cheap materials, raising concerns about the chair’s durability. On top of that, I received an unexpected FedEx invoice for customs and shipping fees, adding nearly £200 to the total cost of the chair. I would have preferred paying an extra £50 to get a similar chair from a UK-based supplier, like Master Massage supplies, without the surprise charges. A £40 customs fee was an unpleasant shock, and the cost to return the chair would likely be substantial, making it a poor investment overall. Unfortunately, this chair may go unused, as I need something more comfortable for my clients.

Answer by Keith CFlagHe called me but i missed the call as was working. He was then banging on my front door. I answered the door and he was walking up my street shouting “its a curb side delivery”. I said oh sorry i wasn’t aware shall i come and get it? And he was aggressively laughing at me saying you're hardly going to lift it are you. Meanwhile my client was still in my house. My client was a male (i do aesthetics). The delivery driver then said “he can lift this in for you” I said thats my client! And he again started laughing saying “ohhh yeah what is he having done then” My client said he was having botox and the delivery man started laughing saying man up whats wrong with you. That was my clients first time visiting me i was incredibly embarrassed. The bed was also damaged which i have videos of! I have lost out on money theres no way i could have charged my client after causing him so much embarrassment. And i felt so unprofessional through no fault of my own.

Zero customer service, as in you cannot speak to a human and the email cuatomer support takes over a day to get a response. Gave the delivery firm my wrong phone number and the only reason it arrived at all was because i used the tracking number to find the firm and called the depot myself. Product was as described and of good quality shame about the rest.

I WOULD NEVER EVER USE THIS SERVICE EVER AGAIN. They sent me the wrong product. not only was it the wrong product it was also faulty. They IGNORED all my emails. I had to get in touch with my bank and start taking legal action for them to respond. they now won't collect the item or refund it. I am left with a couch I cant use and nearly £800 out of pocket. Amazing wheelchair. My son has malan syndrome and struggles with mobility so this chair is a comfortable affordable option for him to get out and about. A faster delivery than anticipated, bed is amazing and everyone loves it! Only thing that could be improved for delivery, in the uk they will send a uk play but separate to the bed, it would be best adding this to the cable before the bed is sent as it prevents two uk deliveries and panic as I had to source a plug so I could open my clinic.

Terrible service Was informed reception desk would be fully assembled. It wasn’t and arrived flat packed on a pallet! Driver dropped it off at back door and would not bring it in. He also left the pallet. When I rang up to complain they never answered my phone call. I tried for days with no answer. So I emailed and the reply I got was disgraceful! Terrible customer service! Would not recommend! Would not use again!

paid for 24-48 hour delivery but it took 4 days, they then left my chair in the middle of my drive in the rain all day...Trying to call or get hold of them is another nightmare, probably spent at least 5 hours + in all trying to sort it out, I then had to deal with the transport compay myself...

Easy to find what I was looking for and an amazing price with new costing the same as some second hand I’ve seen! Used Klarna to pay in 30 days so I could have the item but pay on payday. Delivery slightly slower than I expected but well packaged and helpful delivery driver who made sure we were happy before signing for it. All in all I would definitely use this company again.

There is a lack of care after the item is being sent to delivery. I had to call the delivery service to then realise I have to pay extra and also to give them my details (like my email, Why haven’t they got it?) for further action for the item to be delivered to the destination, because is been days of delay and they try to contact me but the sender didn’t give any information apart from the address. There should be more information about deliveries services, extra payments, handling to proper information and also care about if the item is been delay for so long. Ps. I still don’t have it after 4 weeks.

My delivery was delivered before the date actually said, the delivery driver arrived at the premises and called to say he would wait for me to come. I thought this was great considering I lived 1 hour away . He came back once I got there, very happy with the product and also the delivery DHL experience as it came from Spain. The pressotherapy machine arrived however you can see that it was used in the past and also it doesn't work. It has been a month now that I am trying to return an item. Experience is beyond shocking. It was great really useful information and arrived when they said it would, Would be amazing to have an option to get the large massage beds taking into the room. Even as a paid option. As its a bit of a mission with the packaging and the set up. I would have to take it up saving the packaging check it works then get rid of the box. Like some on here was skeptical at first but the tantra chair was so much cheaper than I've seen elsewhere, I took the plunge. All came quickly and well packaged. Great quality item with a zip pocket underneath and simple screw points to secure restaurants if you wish. As others have said, you will need to put you passport or D/L number if you do not have a vat number. Not doing that will delay your order. :)

My couch was 5 days late. I ordered for delivery within 48hrs £50 delivery charge (standard I believe) customer service did not get back to me during this time, I emailed every day to find out where it was, until I raised a complaint with PayPal I finally had an answer. I have an home treatment room so lost 2 days work as I needed to be available for the delivery that never came. When they did deliver it was a day that I had said I had clients and would not be available, delivery driver banging on my door mid treatment. No explanation no apology. Would never order from this company again.

My order arrived signficantly late. On the website it stated the product was coming froma UK warehouse but actually it arrived from Spain and I am now concerened about custom charges. When it arrived, the box was damaged Pictures available upon request). I have ordered from quirmed before and was satisfied with the service last time, hence why I returned this time. The product however seems undamaged, despite the atrocious damge to the packaging, and I was desperate to start using it because did not have time to re-order as had an important client to see that week so have not returned it.

I am delighted with the service and experience of Quirumed.com. The price and expected delivery speed seemed too good to be true but I was delighted with the whole experience. Delivery time is from the moment they process the order so if it says 24 hours I would say leave 48 hours, but that’s still amazing!! I didn’t have to pay for shipping as some people have commented. The quality of the product is better than what I expected. The company communicated with me quickly when I asked questions about delivery. I’m a very happy customer! Generally very happy - but a few things could be better. It’s not clear when ordering that you HAVE to enter some form of ID number in the order form (in the UK this can be a passport or driving licence number). On the form it looked like this was an optional field for businesses. The issue was resolved by Quirumed emailing me to explain the problem and request the info, so it ended up ok, but clearer explanation on the website would help. The only other thing was that my order (a wheeled carry case for a treatment table) came unpackaged - literally just a piece of cling film wrapped in a thin band around the middle, just big enough to hold the address label. I appreciate the need to minimise packaging, but this felt a bit extreme! Apart from those gripes, happy with the product and would probably use Quirumed again.

Perfect size mobile massage bag for a large table, shoulder strap could have a better padded fitment as the present one is next to usless and I have changed my one already by using a car seat belt cushion. I ordered a podiatry/pedicure chair which was being delivered from Spain. The chair is excellent, my only negative is lack of communication regarding delivery. The product was held up in Spanish Customs and I was not updated and had to keep chasing the carrier via webchat or email.

I really like this product and use it in thai massage with a lot of my customers who want a softer massage. Its really supportive with people who are carrying weight around their stomach especially men and struggle to lie on their stomach. I have also used this with customers who have had stroke to support limbs and upper body. Really great wipe clean material and very easy to assemble and transport.

After my daughter broke her ankle I made the decision to buy a wheelchair as it was too expensive to rent one. I ordered it and it arrived two days later, I was very impressed. Don’t be put off when it asks for a VAT ID, as I don’t have a business I could use my driving licence. Great service and great product, thank you 🤩

The massage table was excellent, better than expected. The fact that I got it in the sale was a bonus because it was quite pricey originally. Probably over priced - the sale price is what it is worth. My only problem with the order was the delivery. It is to door only and if you are on your own, like me, how on earth do they expect you to move a 50+ kg table? I had to arrange for someone to help me. I told the company to arrange delivery the following day as that is when I could call on someone. They did not follow this and consequently it was delivered the next day when I was all alone. Also, as I had no idea when it was coming, I was very fortunate to be between clients when it arrived, otherwise I do not know what would happen. They really need to sort out delivery and assistance. This is not a package to be taken in, it’s a blooming’ great big box weighing the size of a person. I was also told it would be in 2 parts for self assembly. It arrived in one piece so you also have to try and get it out of the (very good) packaging. So the product was excellent, the delivery process was absolutely cr*p. Sorry, but there is no polite way of saying it. The customer service did little to help except to say that was how they do it! Customer service - none really.
