    I ordered a back wash seat with a sink and instead they have sent 2 seats and no sink. So now I’m stuck with 2 seats and no sink. I have contacted you and was told it will be resent and now it’s been 2 weeks and I have received nothing at all. I’ve contacted you and no reply was given. Really not happy with the service.

    Dear Mark Apologies for the problems that you have had. You informed us that there was a problem with part of the backrest to insert one of the screws. The item came directly the manufactuers and so we offered 30€ as compensation which was 20% of the price of the item. You said that would accept it back as compensation. We did offer after a collection to collect it an offer a new model however you mentioned as the packaging was already thrown away that the best solution is the compensation refund.     Absolutely dreadful! My order arrived faulty a few weeks back. After contacting, sending photos and videos, I have only heard back once to get me to resend the evidence. I still have not heard back regarding this and am extremely frustrated at the lack of customer focus and the fact I have a faulty product in which i am to conduct treatments from.     The service from Quirumed was excellent but their delivery partner let them down as my delivery was a day late and I was not updated on this. The box was damaged but I wasnt given time to inspect this and the driver literally dropped and ran and the goods are slightly damaged

    Dear Garry We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the product. Can you confirm if you have contacted with our aftersales team in order to enquire about returning the product? Regarding the delivery cost, Quirumed is based in Valencia spain and unfortunately the delivery costs are like this becuase it got sent from Spain and it takes up quite a lot of volumetric weight as on the delivery van, hence why you paid £65 in order to send the large sofa to the UK.     Dear Ramin We apologise for the problem that you have had. You contacted us to inform us that the thermometer wasn´t given consistant readings on the 09/06 and we then sent an email onb the 10/06 with clear instructions that we were going to collect the item and from there TNT sent you an email request on the 11/06 for which you had to click on the link that they sent and organsie the time and day for the collection. We assumed that everything was clear as the process is normally straight forward, but then we recieved an email on the19/06 to inform us that you didn´t know what was going on and that we could only collect the faulty product if we sent a new one or gave a refund first. Unfortunatelty in accordance with the terms and conditions this isn´t possible as we have to verify there was a fault with our techncian first and also that the customer you then may have 2 items and not make the collection. Please can you check the email on the 19/06 from TNT to collect this item and from there we would be happy to send a new one or offer a full refund however, we need to collect the item first. We again apologise for the problem and hope that we can collect it and find a solution as soon as possible, Kind Regards Quirumed

To confirm the problem is that the wooden trolley arrived with some damage however, no note was made on the transport companies delivery note and you threw away the box and so when we claimed against the transport company they rejected it as we require the photos to claim. We have offered either 15€ credit offfer or a collection and refund. we sent a message on friday and so could you please reply to that email so that we can try and resvole this as soon as possible for you.     Ordered two workstations from Quirumed and both turned up damaged. They offered to send a replacement for the one that was more damaged, it seems the other one that was only slightly damaged was acceptable to them. After waiting another 7-10 days I received another damaged workstation. I have now been waiting again to see if they are going to give me some sort of compensation but talking to customer support is not possible other than through email which doesn't get very good response times. I spent a lot of money with Quirumed and feel let down and disappointed by the service I have received from them. Hopefully it will eventually work out fine but there is no way of knowing because they won't talk to me

    Easy to find wheat I needed and the information about the availability was accurate. The tracking wasn't ideal as I received a text from TNT telling me my delivery would be on a certain date. When it didn't arrive I contacted them and found out that my chair was still in France. I didn't care that it was late in the current situation but I'd arranged for a neighbour to take the delivery. It did arrive a few days later and it is a good product. The tracking information let the experience down and wasn't Quirumed's fault.

    My order was stopped by customs in Spain and therefore was not able to be delivered on the day that extra was paid for. It was then sent back to Quirumed. The order was taken on the 9th April money taken from Bank on 10th April. It then took several emails trying to get money back from them eventually money back into account on the 25th April. Very bad experience will not use them again
