When ordered I explained I had just been let down by another company who promised the following week, I could not track it so I rang on the day it should have been delivered only to be told they are out of stock. So when I ordered this one I explained what had happened and I was without a chair so they told me I would receive my new chair the following week by Thursday or Friday guess what they lied, trying them to speak to a human being no chance. I received my chair a week later, after telling them if chair had not arrived I would ask the card company to try and reclaim my money. If you decide to buy from this Quirumed, make sure you pay by credit card it affords you projection, if deliver is important to you make it a condition of delivery date, do not believe what they tell you or email you. It is a shame that this company feels they had to trade in this way, the chair so is very good early days only used it three times. Good luck if you go ahead.

The product is excellent! It was delivered in time, safely packed and in full working order. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars,not 5, is the customer service. I had a request and no one bothered to reply my emails and no one picked the phone up as their telephone system saying they are very busy and to call later on. Surprisingly my request was fulfilled without reaching them and at the end I'm happy 😊 Would reccommend!

I used the site after a friend's recommendation following her successful purchase of a wheelchair for her mother, delivery being fast. I needed 'better' masks during Covid - they are good quality, comfortable and make breathing much easier compared with the standard ones that get too damp inside. The electronic thermometer is also a good buy. I'll be searching the site for other household medical equipment. Because of Covid, the delivery date was quite long but the articles arrived sooner than foreseen; packaging was fine.

The item took 6 weeks to be delivered, and when it was finally delivered it was broken, and the stretch bed was completely unusable. It was missing a latch which caused to it jam shut and I couldn't even open it. Then, another couple of weeks for the company to process the problem and come pick it up to be fixed. It has been 2 months since I've ordered the bed (which I need for clients in order to work), and I still have not received a new or fix or working bed. At least they are taking accountability and acting to help fix the problem, just not with the urgency I need to do my work..

Out of stock items will have "available to send on the xxx" which is the date it will arrive back in stock or for special order items the estimed date in takes to be made availbale for dispatch (i.e 15-25 days ) written in red. I ordered a wheelchair from Quirumed to be delivered from Spain to the U.K. on the day after the new trading regulations came into effect. I only paid for standard delivery, not express. It was delivered on 25th January. I understand that there would have been issues caused by the late agreement between the U.K. and EU over tariffs. None of this was Quirumed's fault, so well done to them for delivering it without any hitches. TNTs track and trace though, leaves a lot to be desired.

Average, the courier company they use only drops the treatment table to your front door of the building, not helpful when your practice is on the 4th floor of a medical building with a lift. After numerous calls and emails finally got the delivery company to deliver at an additional charge of £190. Irritating as it only took them 10 minutes. It is flagged up in the T&C of Quirumed but obviously NOT obvious enough!

The site was easy to use .I had never dealt with Quirumed before so I was happy to see that they accept payment via PayPal which gives me a great feeling of security . My order arrived sooner than promised . The carton was intact and undamaged ,full marks TNT.. All the pieces were in the carton including a useful spanner and Allen key for assembly which took me under 1 hour . The instructions were in Spanish which I don't know but by following the photos in the manual I managed it ,but it would have been better if there was an English version The Machine has really helped deal with my back pain actually pain my hip . It is easy to use ,strong and stable . I also have an inversion table but this did not help rid me of the pain . I am really pleased with my purchase,it works for my injury. At the price around Euro 100 delivered to my home in Ireland it was worth taking a gamble buying it and it has really worked for my problem
