So far I’m extremely unhappy. I was very wary to order such an expensive item after reading some of the trust pilot reviews but I called the UK based phone number and was instantly put at ease by the guy I spoke with. I had an additional telephone call after that (no wait to speak to someone whatsoever) and based on that I placed my order online after feeling reassured. After a bit of a wait (7 weeks) I received my order, the box was damaged but it was noted by the delivery company and I was told that if when opened it was damaged it would be reflected in that the box was damaging arrival. However my item that arrived was not the correct item and was also damaged. So now after numerous emails (such a slow response) and endless phone calls (with absolutely no answer, just being put on hold and then cut off) I’m now left with an extremely large item that I have been told to repackage (god knows how I do that) and that I will be contacted to arrange collection but no news as to the delivery of my correct order! Extremely frustrated and disappointed that this has happened and very poor customer service. Do n closer inspection the boxed item said one thing and the order number had been crossed out with my order number written on! I feel totally scammed right now and the stress it has caused is ridiculous

My daughter is 5 when we called before the purchase we were told it would be suitable for her. It clearly is not suitable and you should do the decent thing and pay for the postage to Spain. Not impressed at all.

The quality of the chairs is very poor. The seat doesn’t clip on to the hydraulic stand. They seem so fragile that staff have told us that they fear someday someone will fall and get injured.

I purchased the “Portable magnet therapy 20 programmes” because I need to do a therapy at home. They sent me a faulty item, in the specific the “Control Unit”. I’ve sent to customer service several emails, a pic of the faulty item and messages, up to this day they haven’t refund me and neither done anything to resolve the issue. The company is deceitful, there’s no assistance from customer service besides an automated email “ Your request (#1822135) has been updated. To add additional comments, please reply to this email”. Furthermore the link of the warranty sent to me is invalid, there’s a note saying “404 The page was removed or modified”. I want the full refund Immediately!!!

I am utterly appalled at the customer service. I tried to contact you every day for 7 days to find a delivery date. Emails are unanswered and a standard automatic reply recieved. No one actually reads them. No telephone number and no way of contacting a member of staff. I refused the delivery of bed because I had to purchase elsewhere through lack of communication. I couldn’t be sure I would recieve it in time for my opening. I’ve since tried to contact you for a refund, still no reply that proves you’ve read a single email. Still no telephone number to speak to someone. I’m contacting my bank and credit card.

Tried many times to speak with an advisor, but they only communicate by email, no human factor at all. I have returned my product and did request to swap it but no response to that only if my purchase does not arrive within 14 days they will not refund me …that’s terrible considering how far it has to go

I placed the order for 2 units paid the expensive postage cost involved. Received a notification of delivery, that was then delayed and never heard anything more. I had to chase the order myself to have it delivered. Both items arrived with damage. However upon contacting quirumed I realise they setup their report policy in a way to not really help the client or time consuming. The outlook of the units is good. Post is too expensive and delays and damage goods. Without those negatives I would have been very happy with my purchase.

Absolutely disgraceful service when something goes wrong!! The trolley was damaged ,(not assembled correctly at store), and I was repeatedly promised an exchange that never arrived. When I made the order it had to be over £140 to get £35 postage, Otherwise it was £153! I ordered maskstgat I didn’t need, to make the order up to £140, so when I was offered a refund I didn’t want to keep those either at £39! Initially I was told to keep them and I’d be refunded the full amount, they then backtracked and I’d not be refunded for the masks. I asked to return them but no address was supplied. No reply to the email & the refund fir the faulty item took an extra 10 day! I have now opened a dispute why the credit card company to recover funds! 65+ emails I’ve sent over the last 6-8 weeks….. nobody ever answers the phone either! Shambles!!

Very happy with the couch. The only reason it wasn't 5 star review was that the plug adaptor arrived 5 days later after receiving the couch.
