  This company is a total scam . They promise a delivery of 3-5 days and it is now four weeks and no item received . They blame the courier but looking at other reviews and so many people have had problems with this company . When I asked for a refund , they cited so many reasons to not proceed with my request . Avoid this company as they are dreadful

  Dear Customer, Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated. Indeed, the parcel have to go through international transit and custom clearance which can sometimes delay the deliery time slightly. According to our system, your order was dispatched on the Tuesday 2 August and it was delivered on the Thursday 11th, therefore, 6 working days later which is within our times.   The goods ordered always arrive in a reasonable time and the web site offers an excellent choice of product. My only disappointment is that you don't get any kind of notification of delivery from the courier company or tracking that you could use.

  I ordered the products because of the very favorable price before I looked at the reviews about the store. I admit that I was worried whether my order would be fulfilled and whether I would receive the ordered cosmetics. However, I am glad that I placed an order at Sanareva. Good e-mail contact, the package arrived 6 days after the order, in perfect, intact condition. I have received all the ordered cosmetics.   I cancelled my order after I placed it and they continued to still send the item. I then messaged and asked why they sent it and their excuse was they didn't see the message until after sent. I was told to reject the parcel when the postman tried to deliver in order to get my money back but how can I do this when I don't work from home. No help at all.

  It has saved my sanity. I have some sort of skin problem with both lower legs. I have had 5 courses of antibiotics and I still wanted to scratch them till they bled. A friend gace me a tube of calmiderm and one application stopped the itching for 4 days. \one more application has stopped it for weeks

  The cat sunscreen was better than described. Very greasy unlike human sunscreen so sticks to my cat well whilst having no zinc or salicylates which are both toxic to cats. Was very hard to find so pleased to have someone and arrived pretty quick even though it came from Spain and with no import/transaction/VAT problems despite Brexit.

  Ordered 1 month ago, not received after 2 weeks tracking said awaiting parcel. Contacted Sanareva who said they would investigate, no news for 2 weeks then told it had been returned to them would I like a refund with no explanation of what went wrong nor an offer to resend which I requested them to do. Previously no problems with them but you learn how good a company is when it has to deal with a problem!

  I have not received my order since the 4th of July. When I click on "track your order" it states my order was exported to my country on the 10th of July and I cannot track any further or make contact with the courier company. Sanareva should have a system to check what date customers actually receive their orders. I am very disappointed. I just hope they will respond to my request to follow up with their courier company.

  very bad, have not received my products after ordering on 25th June, now 17th July. Paid postage and customer services did not reply to my first email about delivery, acknowledged my second one but have not yet solved the issue, also have not offered me a refund or offered to cancel my order. I paid postage for 3-5 days delivery, very dissapointing!!

  I did not receive a message prior to my order arriving, it was only after I contacted you that you told me the items were out of stock. I would have preferred a refund to the card I paid with because I’m not a regular customer with you.
