Answer by Ethan WFlagThanks for asking, it has become very NORMAL to cancel orders by saying out of stock which is not true, you still keep selling those items and its very easy to fix on your website. Once an item out of stock it don't show. More than often, orders get cancelled or half sent, which is not professional at all, specially when people buy at offers and later they can't get in same price.

The Spray is Good, Whoever the First Problem is that According to a Online Search that I did This Product cannot be sold in the UK Because its Flammable and cannot travel by post internally or as my Order came from abroad, Secondly, The Spray is Made in Sweden it was Shipped from Girona in Spain to The Hague Netherlands, Then to London and finally to my address 200 miles away in Manchester ,The whole procedure took 11 days from start to finish. Far too long. Also None of the Writing on the Product was in English, just French It's a Legal requirement to have the Language of the Persons country that they live in . I Assume this Product was not meant to be Sold outside of France

An advertised product should be available for people to buy. after I bought the product they just emailed saying that actually that product is not available anymore and a refund will be apply. I checked the website and the product was never removed or mentioned that was out of stock, but that is not the issue. the issue is that the refund is not actually a refund it is a credit in your account that I found it very annoying because is forcing you to buy again. So to use your refund which was there not by your fault you need to spend again £70 for free delivery or to pay £7.99 delivery for a lower value order. I have contacted and I said can you add a replacement product to not be in the position of paying delivery and they said no, the parcel was already despatched. Amazing

Answer by Isabella JFlaghi, the product wasn’t removed at all from the website or marked as out of stock so the people were able ro buy it to then tell that is not longer available. I had to put a second order of £80 to be able to use the credit that you have me as a refund, because that happened to me before and I lost the money from my legal refund as a didn’t had the change to buy anything after. A refund for a payment I made should be a refund in money not credits to force me buy again if I don’t want or need. A credit should be given as a refund in different other conditions.

I have placed my order on May 18 and we are June 7 and I haven't received it yet. I contacted Sanareva (twice) and they told me that they would make some inquiries. However, I have no news so far. If the package is lost, it's OK, it can happen but they should send me my order again or propose to reimburse it. But again, I have no news. It is extremely disappointing, especially because I ordered some products for health reasons.

I have received my order and I was kept informed but the lead time is getting longer. Not surprising travelling from Spain via the Netherlands and also probably because of Brexit on top of that. After all lettre ers take two weeks to arrive from the continent. But perhaps you should put a warning at the time of order! It wasn’t 4 to 6 days but 11 days for my order!
