  I've been using this website for a few years and I'm glad it exists so I can buy my favourite products that I can't get in the UK. I'd give it 5 stars, but I usually have problems with the parcel (it takes more than 10 working days to arrive) and if you're not at home, I have to drive to the post office to pick it up. Also, I believe the minimum spending for free shipping is very high.

  I placed my order on the 5/May/22 and until today, the 23rdMay but the the product was NEVER delivered as I have been working from home full time. This company is a total SCAM, since they have just sent a msg saying: ""Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 14-05-2022 as "it was not possible to identify the delivery address". It will now be returned to the sender.' which is ridiculous since I live in central London where I have received all my products from all over the world in a legit address. If I click the link to ask for refund, it redirects me to a french website. They have stolen nearly £40, but I will start a legal action agains them, if they do not refund me very soon, hope they will loose a lot since there are plenty of customers complaining about the same. I willingly wait for 2 days for a refund.

  I've been ordering from Sanareva for a while now and have always been satisfied with the quality of the products. The particular product I order is despatched from France (so Brexit has massively increased the price of postage) and earlier orders have taken quite a while to arrive. However, this last order arrived within days and I'm very satisfied with all aspects of the experience! I'll continue ordering from Sanareva and have no hesitation in recommending them to others..

  My package was left on my porch by their chosen courier, after arriving quite late in the first place (more than 14 days after I placed my order). Since it was fully visible from the street, the package was stolen before it can be collected. I contacted them to report this issue and received a very strange reply from a lady called Diana - asking me to check-in with my neighbours. The courier didn't even try to deliver it to my neighbours, they just left it on the street and attached a photo of it as well. Further to that, I received no response from Sanareva - they had no desire to resolve the issues I raised. I've lost my money for this order I placed I suppose and will never be ordering from them again!

  I just wish that the driver would have taken more attention to deliver the parcel, used the back door instead of the main front door where it is clearly informed not to leave any parcel. Thankfully I was present to receive the item over the back garden's wall meaning I saw no face just one hand giving me a package. Other than that the expected delivery date had no delays

  Sanareva offers a really good price for the supplements I want to buy (Stabilium). Which is an enormous positive. The only negative is that the delivery time is just over a week. So you need to be very well planned so you don't run out before the products arrive. Excellent communication though, so you are always aware of this timescale. It is the only reason why I have dropped a star from the rating. Otherwise they are excellent.

  Given that I’m embarrassingly an English-speaker only, your English website is easy to navigate and, when you didn’t have the product (Rubenal) in stock, I was able to leave instructions for you to email me when it came in - and you did. Thank you. Ordering then was easy, I had some loyalty credit because I’ve ordered before (thank you). Then you communicated every step of the way through transit until my postman brought me my Rubenal 75. Perfect transaction, I feel very safe, thank you.
