    Easy to order. Quick delivery. Expensive once added in postage but it is a good product. I was having g problems with dry lip edges following hair removal treatment. I bought my first one in spain and it worked so well I had to get another one. However I did find it expensive to buy on line. But it was worth it.

    Late in March I ordered a product from Sanareva. A week later I was told there was an issue with the order. I was given a new order number & told the order would be 4-5 days. On 21st April after making enquiries I was told my order had 'not been flagged by the courier'. Today, once again I made enquiries & apparently my order is still 'under investigation'. Very poor support. You cannot make contact by telephone & having used this company for some time I am both disappointed and irritated. I have no more information about my delivery than I did 3 weeks ago. Extremely bad service.

    Very disappointed!! Firstly expensive post costs without other options (8£ via royal mail). then got a message to say the parcel was on it's way and day after another message saying one of the products was unavailable. Tried to cancel because not worthy anymore if one product was missing. They said they couldn't do anything. Been 2 weeks since I've asked for refund on the product (if you don't ask they keep it) and the costs, no answer!! Only good at bothering me with dozens emails a day to buy more. Disgusting

    Still not received my order from Feb 2022 and Sanareva does not reply to my emails asking for refund. They asked me to them them a copy of my ID, which I find quite inappropriate. Royal Mail keeps advising me to get in touch with Sanareva but their customer support is poor and my previous review was declined. This is not a reliable company.

    I last sent a email to Sanareva on 04/04/22, and they have replied saying they haven’t received my enail. Which is not true and I can prove my email has been sent as I have it on my sent emails box. I just want to be refunded and they keep asking me to send them a copy of my ID. I have said several times that I’m not happy to send a copy of my passport or other ID card as this is a cosmetics company and every time I bought online from other companies and got refunded the only thing needed is the proof/invoice of the purchase with my email on it (which is exactly the same email I’m sending this email now to you). This has been going on since February and I need and want my refund now please. The only thing you need to do is send a refund back to the card that has paid the purchase, as all other online companies do. See attached my last email sent to Sanareva on 04/04/22.     I have been charged for items out of stock, then I have not been refunded but the money that the seller owns me have been put in its savings account. When I insisted I would like a refund to the card I paid with they said it will be done in 48 hours and it has been 10 days with no sign of any refund of my account! Horrible to mislead your customers in such way! Will not shop here anymore.

    Dear Ella, We can entirely understand your disappointment. However, the investigation is still in progress. It's also mentionned in our General Terms & Conditions that : ""The delivery delay starts from the moment the order is dispatched by SANAREVA. The Client is informed that these observed delivery times are provided for information purposes only, and that they may vary according to circumstances. SANAREVA shall not be held liable in the event of longer delivery times, as long as the legal delivery period of 30 days is respected. If the legal deadline of 30 days is exceeded, the Customer has the right and possibility of cancelling the order and requesting a refund, if, after sending a formal notice by registered mail or by email to SANAREVA's Customer Service department asking them to make the delivery within a reasonable extension of time, SANAREVA has failed to do so within this new deadline. Refunds will be made at the Customer's discretion, in the form of a credit on the Customer's Sanareva Savings or a refund, and will be made within 14 days of the Customer's request for a refund at the latest.""     The website processed my order incorrectly. Although it displayed an error message, it took the payment twice and there was no easy way to contact staff to rectify. I have now received two orders (although I only received 1 order confirmation) and will have to return the extra item at my expense.

    Dear customer, We truly apologise for the inconvenience caused. The investigation has been opened but we still have not received any reply from the courrier. The delivery delay starts from the moment the order is dispatched by SANAREVA. The Client is informed that these observed delivery times are provided for information purposes only, and that they may vary according to circumstances. SANAREVA shall not be held liable in the event of longer delivery times, as long as the legal delivery period of 30 days is respected. If the legal deadline of 30 days is exceeded, the Customer has the right and possibility of cancelling the order and requesting a refund, if, after sending a formal notice by registered mail or by email to SANAREVA's Customer Service department asking them to make the delivery within a reasonable extension of time, SANAREVA has failed to do so within this new deadline. Refunds will be made at the Customer's discretion, in the form of a credit on the Customer's Sanareva Savings or a refund, and will be made within 14 days of the Customer's request for a refund at the latest.     A lot quicker than their rival Easypara in Nice. They seem to have their customs issues sorted and have a loyalty discount scheme. I would order again.

    I made a mistake myself by overlook the delivery time as I presume Sanareva.co.uk is based in the UK, which is not. So I was really distressed when I'm about to move. Contact the CS 2 hours before the committed dispatch time past and what I received at first is "the 48 hours haven't past yet and it should be dispatched today". Urgh, is it a bit too harsh for the customer who worried about missing the delivery since she is going to move? I do understand I need to wait 48 hours but it isn't unreasonable to enquire the company to change the address when 46 hours has past and still not dispatch. Thanks God that my parcel has arrived before I move, but there is something the CS could improve.
