    I have used this firm for a while and will carry on doing so, but cannot give it top mark because of the unnecessarily high cost of its postage: The items I bought, flat sachets which would fit in a cigarette packet, were, again, dispatched in a box measuring at least half a cubic foot, with obviously negative effect on the overall cost.

    Price was competitive but I was disappointed to see that the box was only in French and that there were no user instructions despite other reading material being provided. When I raised this with customer services (the only way I could find was via Messenger) they eventually sent me a web link but no paper instructions. The link was filled with ads and I couldn't find any way to print selected pages and avoid printing the explanations in Chinese and Japanese.

    Product arrived exactly as described. It was on the final day of proposed delivery to U.K. but living most of my time in Spain I am well aware of the current postal problems encountered between EU and U.K. I read reviews regarding postal delays and one cannot hold Sanareva responsible for an issue not in their control.     I have purchased several items from Sanareva and the goods arrive promptly. However the last couple of times the items - liquids - have been supplied in their small boxes then put into a plastic bag for despatch. No padding provided. The items in question were not damaged however the boxes were squashed and torn. The form of packaging for despatch would put me off ordering anything expensive.

    Dear Diane, We do apologise for the condition in which they arrived after transit but the packaging being damaged does not allow any sort of compensation as long as the purpose of the product may still be served.We however would like to offer you a 5% refund as a commercial gesture of the damage. If this solution does not suit you we welcome you to send us the products back to receive a full refund, but we can't send you a return label at our own cost. We do used carboard paper to pack our parcels, however it can sometimes not be suffiscient for some products. We apoogize for the inconvenience caused, Kind regards, Sanareva

    Very disappointed. Firstly, the items were not wrapped/packaged properly, it looked like they were literally thrown in a paper box. The two Weleda Birch juice bottles were completely broken and in pieces, the liquid has soaked the box and all other items which are now brown, dirty and smelly. Some of the packaging has mould on it. Secondly, I have contacted Sanareva twice via their contact form on the website, as well as via info@transactions.sanareva.co.uk and contact@sanareva.co.uk, none of which has been acknowledged or responded to. I have never received such a badly wrapped/packaged order and customer service. Truly very disappointing.

    The ankle strap was not in stock so they cancelled that part of my order and I was offered a refund. I informed them to cancel the entire order as I did not wish to pay £8 delivery for a bottle of deodorant! They ignored and failed to respond to 4 separate emails and my money has still not been refunded to me, and despite my request they still sent out the bottle of deodorant and charged me accordingly! Poor customer service and they still have my money!!

    Easy site to navigate and purchase went smoothly. Received an e-mail advising when items were dispatched however the actual courier did not communicate a delivery date and it was just luck we were home when the items were delivered. Unfortunately, the bottles of shower gels and hand washes had not been individually wrapped so a few had leaked onto all the other items and the boxes so have been left with a few half empty bottles.

    Apalling customer service. Incomplete order received - Sanareva initially offered 50% refund of actual cost of item or return label for 'full refund'. Responded saying preferred replacement assuming this included delivery costs. They then immediately refunded actual item costs not including delivery and advised I may keep the incomplete/unwanted/useless product. I responded: I am not satisfied with your interpretation of a 'full refund' as does not include any postage refund - retaining the incomplete item is of no interest. I purchased one other item at a cost of £3.70 - an item I merely added to the order to offset your very high postage costs. Without a refund for postage this small item will cost £11.60 - outrageous that I should be penalised for what should be your problem not mine. I repeat my preferred resolution is the supply of my original order - COMPLETE - a different colour is acceptable (I will refund your item refund) If you are not prepared to do this I will post a negative review. Kindly reconsider Response: The reason why we refunded you and offered you the product free of charge is because we are, as explained unable to send a replacement order due to a manufacturing error. Please find here our terms and conditions of sales: https://www.sanareva.co.uk/page/terms-conditions Mine: 1. You still have the white and the blue version of the item listed on your website - I have advised either would be acceptable as a replacement. Are neither of these available? 2.     I refused my order because it took me 8 days to receive it. This is not a UK company and its not based in the UK but their name is using a .co.uk, I felt this is to deceive customers from England to make it seemed that it’s locally made, that is why it will take very long time to be delivered. Not only it’s from abroad, they don’t use parcel companies to deliver your order may it be small or big it will just be a royal mail delivery. My order is 7 kilos in weight and was delivered by Royal Mail, but in their payment confirmation it told me to wait for the tracking which obviously there is none. My money was already refunded because I used Paypal to pay this company.

    Dear Joy, Our company uses .co.uk as our website is reserved only for deliveries all over the UK. We also have a website for each country : Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium and France. It's mentioned in our General Terms & Conditions of Sale that our warehouse is based in France. Furthermore, the tracking number was sent by email once the parcel was dispatched, this may be in your spams.
