  After placing my order I read so many bad review about this company with regards long delivery time and bad customer service. I am so glad I did not notice those reviews before placing my order as probably I would not be brave enough to give them a chance considering I ordered expensive French cosmetics. I placed my order on 23/02/2022 and received email order confirmation immediately. Within 24 hours I received dispatch notification email. I received my parcel 03/03/2022 from Spain (I think it is pretty good after brexit and with Covid around). I was able to track my parcel trough the whole time with tracking information provided and arrived with no signature required (parcel left with my neighbour as I was not at home). Overall happy with my purchase!

  Site was fine and I had no problem finding exactly what I wanted. However, I did not realise that the order was being sent from outside the UK, so delivery took longer than I had anticipated. There's not a lot anyone can do about this, post Brexit - sadly.

  I emailed the Customer Service, few minutes after I placed an order as I realised that the dispatch date was too long. Never received an answer. Also the not so cheap organic Clary sage oil was not good at all

  I’m very disappointed of what I received. The product is a medicine and the bottle was not sealed at all and the recipe with indications is missing. There can be anything in that unsealed bottle and do you expect the buyer to consume a medicinal product that looks like it was produced in a cellar? Waste of money £21 and time to receive a product that ended in the bin. Don’t recommend to buy from Sanareva, very unprofessional seller.

  My item was not delivered as Royal Mail lost the item. However Sanareva customer service was very helpful, supportive and fair. Excellent company which is very reliable. They should however include a signed for delivery service as well.

  It is quite easy to navigate around the site. Products are more cheaper compared to other sites. My concern is the packaging, most items in packets are damaged when received. I suggest bulky items to be left in its original packaging.

  I have purchased things from Sanareva 4 or 5 times now and have always been pleased with the selection of products, competitive prices (especially when offers are available) and the delivery.
