When trying to cancel the order, Sanareva stated they had already dispatched. Nonetheless, ten days later I was still waiting for the parcel. Very late in replying to messages.

Verified reviewBEWARE! This company is using misleading information on their website. I recently purchased what I believed to be florame products (which this company also does sell). When the package arrived I thought I had been.sent essential oils from the wrong brand. When checking I realised that they are using florame (a registered copy written brand name of a very good essential oil brand) in front of another essential oil brand (which I cannot find much information about). They made no attempt to be responsible for misleading advertising. I have bought products from this company before - florame products. I will never buy from them again and highly recommend you find product elsewhere!

Verified reviewI bought a cheap pill box under the impression it was coming from a UK company and then discovered the postage was from France which was almost the same cost as the item. By that point I had pressed the button to purchase and almost immediately afterwards, saw the total price & got a bit of a shock.
