Dear Customer, Due to Brexit, we have had to change our courier fees. Our warehouse is based in France. Our new courier, Spring is the French partner of Royal Mail in the UK which we are currently offering at £8.40 and for which you are allowed free delivery for orders above £89. This service does not require any extra custom fees for orders up to £500. Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. The order was placed in Jul. According to your reply, the goods were shipped to a wrong place and returned to you. The Aug order is a re-order after you received the returned items. There are messages in your customer communication system. I am surprised that you didn't find them before this reply.

Verified reviewVery bad customer service. Has taken weeks to resolve the issue of the wrong product being sent to me. Not everyone has the facility for sending photographs via email and I had to ask my son to help with this before you would believe me. I still have not been advised whether a refund has been given.
