Verified reviewIt was relatively easy to find products on the site. The delivery was timely, and everything on the order arrived safely and in good condition. Many of the items ordered I have purchased before, either on this site or in France. They are items that are unavailable in the UK. The postage is somewhat expensive if you're not ordering much, so it's best to wait and do a bulk order.

Dear Customer, Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated. Indeed, the parcel have to go through international transit and custom clearance which can sometimes delay the deliery time slightly. According to our system, your order was dispatched on the Tuesday 2 August and it was delivered on the Thursday 11th, therefore, 6 working days later which is within our times. Verified reviewThe company service was great but the delivery by DHL was not good. DHL said we were not home at the time of delivery (we were home as we had Covid and were isolating), then asked us to pay €6 to re deliver parcel. We paid and the parcel was then delivered. Never have we been charged for a non delivery, ever.

Verified reviewThis company is a total scam . They promise a delivery of 3-5 days and it is now four weeks and no item received . They blame the courier but looking at other reviews and so many people have had problems with this company . When I asked for a refund , they cited so many reasons to not proceed with my request . Avoid this company as they are dreadful
