Verified reviewthe customer service at Saraneva is just poor. Ordered an item since 27th June, they say available for immediate dispatch, we are the 13th, still nothing, a tracking number that says the item has not been sent yet to royal mail, but on Saraneva website as well as their email (which is always the same wording) says it was sent. but need further investigation and we need to allow them the 30 days legal limit to send the item!!! seriously!!! i did not buy a cream that i need for a skin condition to leave it on the shelves or cupboard. i will be asking my CC company for a charge back. shocking.

Verified reviewAfter Royal mail managed to lose my original order Sanareva made sure another was sent out to me very quickly. I was also given the option to cancel with a full refund. Delighted i opted for second delivery as i wasnt disappointed. Excellent service.

Verified reviewExcellent products. Very pleased. This is the second time of ordering the mouthwash. It’s flavour leaves the mouth very fresh. I ordered the gel and used it twice a day every day for a week before visiting the dentist I had a problem with red gums and dentist announced that I had been remarkable with the state of my gums now. After one week the gums were not red and the receding area was improved. I didn’t tell him my secret this visit but will next time. I shall keep this application up for further improvements.
