Hi, Order itself took forever to arrive and plus I had to pick it up as Royal Mail(delivery service)didn't bother to deliver. After 10 days passed after the order was placed online, I've sent an email@Sanareva to ask details as tracking number wasn't provided. First review was rejected with fabricated stories,sanareva I have proofs why lying? Never buy again.Package was damaged by the way Thank you

We do not offer pick up deliveries, the reason why royal mail requested you pick up your parcel from your post office is because they attempted home delivery but failed due to your absence. Furthermore, Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 4 to 6 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated. Company very helpful and prompt in replying when my girlfriend experienced a slight delay in receiving the items due to postal problems in the UK. They need to make it more obvious the goods are sent from abroad which would be helpful in understanding delays
