It was on the final day of proposed delivery to U.K. but living most of my time in Spain I am well aware of the current postal problems encountered between EU and U.K. I read reviews regarding postal delays and one cannot hold Sanareva responsible for an issue not in their control. Verified reviewPrice was competitive but I was disappointed to see that the box was only in French and that there were no user instructions despite other reading material being provided. When I raised this with customer services (the only way I could find was via Messenger) they eventually sent me a web link but no paper instructions. The link was filled with ads and I couldn't find any way to print selected pages and avoid printing the explanations in Chinese and Japanese.

Verified reviewI have used this firm for a while and will carry on doing so, but cannot give it top mark because of the unnecessarily high cost of its postage: The items I bought, flat sachets which would fit in a cigarette packet, were, again, dispatched in a box measuring at least half a cubic foot, with obviously negative effect on the overall cost.
