Dear Carolin, We our very sorry to hear that the transit took so long. Sanareva commits to dispatching orders within 48 working hours. Once with our courier, your parcel should take from 3 to 5 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated. Your order was dispatched on September 10th. Unfortunately, your parcel seemed to be blocked in customs for 72 hours. There is a risk when ordering that your goods may be retained in customs for a few days, we unfortunately don't have control on that. As mentioned in our General Terms & Conditions : "The delivery delay starts from the moment the order is dispatched by SANAREVA. The Client is informed that these observed delivery times are provided for information purposes only, and that they may vary according to circumstances. Verified reviewI was a bit reluctant to buy from Sanareva after reading the reviews, but it was the only vendor, which had the product I needed in stock, so I had to give it a try. I did not have any issues. The delivery took a bit longer than from the UK sellers, but not unreasonably so.

Verified reviewPurchased four packs of Frontline for Medium sized dog and qualified for free delivery. Best price by far for six doses in each pack. Parcel arrived a week later. I have used Sanareva for a few different purchases before including frontline and the parcel has always arrived in about one week so I know what to expect. Really pleased with the price and service.
