Verified reviewvery pleased with item but it did take two weeks for me to get .But the item was able to be tracked most of the way then was delivered with Royal Mail . When i emailed about my item customers service were very good with there response. Would definately use again..

Verified reviewI reviewed an item purchased on Sanareva by "Very very very late delivery. Paid £7.99 to arrive in 48hrs time but received the item in more than 2 weeks time. Very unsatisfied :(" They then sent a link that does not allow me to see the reply. Then I received an email saying that your review was decline!!! That's so funny and sad. Won't recommend Sanareva to no body

Dear customer, As explained, once your parcel has been dispatched, it should take 5 working days to arrive at the delivery address indicated. Furthermore, the expected delivery delays are indeed prolonged to due customs in which case Sanareva has no jurastiction. Your order must be released by the custom officers to then be sent locally to you. If you have any inquiry, please contact the customer service team. Verified reviewThe delivery took about 10 days, because I live in UK, I done a order long time ago so I forgot to change the old adress so I called after 4-5hrs and asked them to change the adress so they changed it but told me that they can change just during few hrs since the order was placed, but regarding the time delivery it didn't bother me; I didn't pay the delivery because the order was 100£; so ... in 10days the order was delivered, but during the delivery the box was damaged and I didn't get all my items...i was stressed a bit, but after I contacted their team, I called on their nr and a lady gave me the instructions what I need to send them; Very good customer service and very professional ! Everything was solutioned during 4-5 days, yes I was frustrated of what happend but anyway thank you Sanareva that you really care abut your customers!
