Absolutely rubbish experience. Ordered 29 items - 19 were delivered of which 4 were damaged. Requested them to complete the order but was offered only a refund despite the item being in stock. Response being that the items were "blocked". No refund offered for the damaged items. When queried - response was - No warranty can be claimed by the Customer if the Product has undergone any modifications or if the Product was damaged during shipping or use. Obvious defects also can not give rise to warranty. Wouldn't buy again!

Obvious defects also can not give rise to warranty. As the content of the product is still intact and can still be used, the customer service team may proceed with a 50% refund for the 4 items either into your savings or bank account, Kind regards, Sanareva

although ıt took 2 weeks to receive my package in the UK, I received it in good packaging and also everything was just as I ordered. if you order from the UK you should expect a longer delivery time but fair prices.Thanks
