The delivery date was 2 days more than the original date, but this was updated once in this country and it was delivered on that date. Product was very well packed so no issues with breakages. All in all my experience was very good.

Verified reviewThe navigation on site was not as easy as most online orders I make. The delivery was a nightmare!! Your parcel was moved 5 times to different Royal Mail distribution centres. Apparently, part of my address was missing from your delivery label and I made several phone calls etc before the parcel finally arrived at my home. Anyway, the product looks good and 'passed' its first coffee making test.
