Verified reviewI compared the readings on the battery tester against a certified meter, and found there can be a difference of up to 0.5v between the two readings, therefore meaning the battery tester is not accurate. The battery tester also does not display below certain voltages, despite the battery voltage being sufficient to drive the tester. This is not even mentioned on the item description, but is shown on the operating instructions, which are only available AFTER purchase. It would not be economical to return this item, as the postage label costs 10.99 Euros. Very disappointed with my purchase.

Hello Techinn.com, My review has not rated your service as not meeting my expectation, but it is actually regarding the accuracy and functionality of the product I received. The device can read up to 0.5v in error, when compared against a certified meter. The device also does not display a reading below certain values, which is not made clear in the item description, but is shown in the device instructions, which are only available AFTER purchase. You have advised that I raise a return request, but when I have looked into this, you are wanting to charge me 10.99 Euros for a returns label, for a device costing £15.00, which makes it not cost effective to return this item, so I am stuck with something that I regret buying. Thanks.

Verified reviewI was getting worried thinking I'd never heard anything from them. Not even a confirmation or invoice or nothing. I d took a photo of order on screen when first ordered which said delivery would be 20th to 22nd January. I even emailed them I was that worried and they answered next day to say it's on its way. But everything was my fault. I hadn't looked in my spam file and all the messages were there.the next day microwave came within stated time. I would highly recommend this company. Sorry techinn for my technical ability 😅
