Both times, package was sent really quickly, which is excellent! But... First time, they sent me wrong pair of glasses. No problem, it does happen sometimes, all I wanted was replacement. I returned a package and asked for replacement, they said there are no glasses I wanted in stock, so they will make a refund. I demanded refund for all costs I had - glasses, delivery, custom, delivery for package return, since the mistake was on saler's side, but they made a refund only for glasses plus delivery. Since I wanted those glasses, I ordered once again (they were in stock!) and demanded some discount, so I got it in amount of 40€ (the amount I paid in total, excluding glasses, was around 160€). The point is: if there was no mistake on the part of the seller during the first order, for the money I paid by returning the package and ordering again, I could have bought even two pairs of glasses. Nor did they make a replacement to relieve me of all costs, nor did they cover the same costs, even though they were caused by their fault. It really does make me angry.
