Verified reviewThe worst customer service I've ever had to deal with. Visiofactory sent me scratched glasses - the glasses were not checked on dispatch. They told I have to pay for them to be returned. Why should I pay for their negligence. So upset as these were a birthday present for my son from his grandma and I can't afford to return them so he now has damaged glasses for his present. Will never deal with visofactory again.

As I've emailed 6 times. I do not have the funds to return. I did not anticipate returning this item as we have an exact pair already so I knew would be happy. I request 4 times via email to you customer service to either send credit to allow me to cover the postage... OR for you to arrange courier to collect item... OR provide a prepaid postage label so I can return the faulty item OR offer a decent refund and I'll keep the item. All options I provided were ignored by Visiofactory and I was still told I needed to pay for return upfront... :(

We're sorry we can't provide you with a return label: it's impossible for customer service to do this when a parcel is to be returned from a country outside the European Union. However, you will be reimbursed for the cost of the return at the amount indicated by customer service. Have a nice day
