Verified reviewDuring buying process, while having glasses in Basket, price had gone up for 9EUR. They say it is TVA, but I don't like that it is not clearly stated in glassss price. Also, I waited for 9 days for delivery, even it was promised 1-3 days. But they returned delivery costs to make up for it.

Verified reviewThis is a scam. Stay away! I went on their website and ordered gold ray-ban frames. On the product page in description under the frame color it explicitly says: gold. Later on, in the shopping cart I double checked the product details. The frames that I’ve received were tortoise. When I emailed the customer service they insisted the frames I ordered were tortoise even though it says they are gold. Their response to that was that the product photo is tortoise. So never mind the product description I guess. After that I’ve went again on their website to check. The photo on the phone cannot be zoomed in and you can hardly see anything on a 1x1 inch blurry low-res photo. Which is very convenient if you’re scamming people into buying. Very unprofessional, rude correspondence and overall frustrating experience. Would not recommend!

It depends. The reclamation's service read your file and look if your case is in the general sales terms that you accepted during the order. This is a service more "juridical". The customer service finds solution according to general knowledges.
