  0800 asbestos have been lovely to deal with and have provided adequate levels of service. I did need to chase to get a copy of the report but now have a plan in place to deal with the outcomes and complete on the purchase of my property.

  Lady on the phone i booked with was lovely. The same with the lady I paid the bill with. However the man that came round to take the survey was a little grumpy. Tried to make small talk with him but he wasn't interested.

  Absolute life saver. Probably the best money I have spent whilst trying to buy a house. We could have been in serious danger when doing some very normal renovations. Quality survey at a resonable price- I would do this for any future property purchases.

  They were quick to offer a survey which suited me and the surveyor arrived on time suitably attired. He was quick to take samples and professional. He also gave me a run down on the history of asbestos clearly v knowledgable on the subject. Received Report within 2 days. Happy with service.

  We were very impressed with the speed that Jamie organised 16 surveys to be carried out and the efficiency of Dayle the surveyor. All 16 were carried out over a period of 3 days and the reports delivered as promised within 2 days. Would highly recommend 0800 Asbestos.

  An estate agents, it's important we have contractors we can rely on to carry out surveys quickly and efficiently. We have uses 0800 a few times for asbestos reports. They are reasonable on price, accommodating and their reports are always easy to understand and accepted by mortgage surveyors.

  Have used 0800 asbestos now for two of my clients. They always fully understand the reasoning behind why we need them and provide very reasonably priced quotations. Most recently they came out the same week we approved a quotation to carry out the survey and had the report ready for us 2 days following the survey. A very reliable team who get the job done quicker than anyone else I know!

  Telephone calls were answered efficiently. Every effort was made to take the organisational needs of the process to the next stage quickly. Arrangements were kept to and contact with all members of the team showed great respect and competence. The advice given was what we needed to take the process to the next decision. We would have liked the actual document's print to be a little larger and perhaps the final assessment number of the danger category to be a little easier to find rather than in a set of columns where the column heading writings were not easily read without magnification - which only one of this couple knew how to do on screen!   I was really please with the Service from 0800 Asbestos. We had just bought our first house and I wanted to do all the renovations. The house was covered in artex and I just wanted to be super safe when taking it all off and removing walls etc I wasn’t gonna be disturbing any asbestos and putting us at any risk. 0800 asbestos were quick and reasonably priced to come and do a survey of the property. A super nice guy called Dayle came out to our property, very knowledgeable and personable. He throughly went though the house taking discreet samples for testing. He was able to tell on the spot and visually recognise form experience one of the out of use chimney cowls was likely to be made of asbestos, if we ever came to do any workthat may disturb that chimney and also some corrugated roof material on a little lean to was also likely to be asbestos. He took samples and that was confirmed to be the case. Luckily all the Artex in the house didn’t have any asbestos in it so we were super relieved to be able to get on with the demolition ourselves without being in fear of asbestos. Dayle was actually kind enough to give me his number in case I came across anything in the house I was worried about and some months later I called him and sent him a couple of pictures and he was able to rule out it not being a risk of asbestos by his experience and visual assessment. I really thought this was so kind of him and he had gone above and beyond. Was really happy with the service and would use again if I needed it for sure. I have already recommended 0800asbestos to friends and colleagues. Thanks again. Darius

  We got the survey back very efficiently. There was some confusion as to which surveyor came and two came at different times but I guess that can happen in life and its much better than no surveyor! Very happy with results.

  Easy to get a prompt survey appointment. Helpful on the phone. Server issues delayed the release of the full report by a day but they were receptive to providing an interim summary report for me as a stop-gap. Report was thorough once it came through. Recommend.

  Was concerned about parts of the house. Called the office and spoke with a guy who was very knowledgeable and talked me through the process. Inspector came out who did a whole survey within days and put my mind at ease about sources of asbestos and what was and wasn’t a risk, again very knowledgeable. All test came back negative. Very quick and easy service at a fair price.

  Got the job done. Picked up sample Friday morning 9:00 Got results Wednesday 17:00 after chasing. Really quick to come round an get the sample at short notice. Poor communication from then on and I had to ring twice to chase the report with conflicting status updates each time. Eventually got the report, but it wasn’t the turnaround I was lead to believe it would be.

  HI Tom, Thank you for the feedback. I am glad you were impressed with the speed of collection of the sample at short notice. Whilst I understand there was a delay with the 3rd party lab processing your sample, we still met the 2 - 3 day turnaround we advised at the time of booking. I'm sorry you feel we didn't communicate with you effectively.
