  Extremely poor quality product. The clock worked for ten minutes and then stopped. Not good value for money. You can’t return the product easily as they are in France. I would avoid ordering from this company. I wouldn’t even rate 1 Star.

  Love our new clock. It came quickly, was packaged well and looks great in our new kitchen. It was surprisingly easy to put on the wall - the hardest part was actually getting a nail in the new plasterboard!

  Found your site by accident, ordered the clock, and it arrived soon after. It is a most beautiful piece and has pride of place in our kitchen. Lovely colours, very easy to put up, instructions are clear, it keeps good time and we are very happy with it. Thank you for such a creative idea.

  Customer services is almost non existent they never answer the phone as it goes straight to voicemail so you leave a message and they dont get back to you. Leave an e mail and they will take over a week to reply and when they send out replacement it take approx 2 weeks to arrive as comming from france. Had clock approx 7 weeks before it was working. Absolute shocking service.

  A great product, great website and great service. Delivered early and as the website says they come in a custom box that leaves no waste and the whole set up is easy to follow taking just minutes to put up even with a complex design.

  Navigation of the site was pretty easy. I also like how colours of the products can be changed to suit customers specification. Delivery took more than a month from order placement due to holiday in production country but I was made aware of this before placing an order. On a scale of 1-10, I will rate the customer service 0. I made several attempts to contact customer service through email, phone and SMS through the contact means provided on the website but I heard nothing back from email, SMS and no one is at the other end of the phone when it rings. This made me doubt a few times if the site is legit, but my doubt was cleared when I received tracking number for my order however, customers should be able to reach the customer service at any point, pre or post sale but this was not the case in my experience.

  Would have given this 5 stars but felt slightly misled about the source of the product. While I am a fan of French design, I probably would not have ordered something to be made and despatched from France while there were significant delivery/export problems at the time.

  The clock looks fabulous, it has unique design and attractive colours. I was a little disappointed by the fact that it was sent by Royal Mail and there was no signature required. These clocks aren't cheap so I would have expected a signed or recorded delivery. The packaging needs to improve. All the bits were loose in the box, they need better sectioned compartment inside the box. The box needs to be stronger. I hope the product lasts long.

  I only give three star for the reason when i ordered a navy colour .after mounting it it looked royal blue. I emailed for a price to exchange for a different colour. It was to expensive to say how much is just payed. It was an expensive mistake on my part. So my advise. PLEASE check the colour.

  This whole review system is a scam. You can't review companies on here unless they invite you to write a review. This is how the process panned out: *I bought some clocks of Amy's Deco in November 2020. *In January 2021, they email me to ask me if I'm happy, to which I said yes. *The following day, Verified Reviews contact me to ask me to leave a review for Amy's Deco. WHAT'S THE POINT? They obviously only do that because I've said I'm happy. The idea is to never, ever get negative reviews. If I wasn't happy, they wouldn't have invited me to write a review. What a con. Why haven't you got a Trustpilot page, Amy's Deco? As it happens, I thought Amy's Deco were great. But this is dirty.
