  Beautiful products but ridiculous exchange policy - have to pay (a lot) for return even if you want to exchange. Ordering underwear online is particularly risky with differing sizing so a good exchange policy is essential.

  I love this luxury item, which was just affordable to me at the sale price. Website always easy to navigate and pay. Item looks and feels fabulous and so comfortable. Good delivery service from Aubade, but slightly longer than it used to be due, I am sure, to my country unfortunately leaving the EU!

  Aubade is quality, superior lingerie. However, sometimes I'm disappointed with the client service in regards to gift wrapping and other special requests as the price is the same as in the shops were we are treated like kings and get the most beautiful gift wrapped lingerie which a pleasure to give your loved one... Having bought many sets I would expect a loyalty discount and gorgeous wrapped boxes. Other than that. Quality, high standard, fast delivery and one of the finest brands of lingerie..

  A beautiful set. I recommend ordering a size up compared to your usual Aubade sizing on the tanga as the design cut is a bit smaller. I had to return and order the larger size and it’s perfect.

  Excellent site, easy to use. I only wear Aubade lingerie, I have been wearing this brand for many years. The beautiful tasteful lace, designs and fit are absolutely stunning, sexy and modern. The little additions they add to the middle of the bra and matching briefs eg a little gold with gems. The straps are not your straightforward boring strap, each bra is different they're so beautifully detailed which makes them unique. Please continue designing beautiful designs using stunning lace. Delivery/presentation. Fast delivery takes a few days. Always neatly packed in individual little boxes.

  Well, the lingerie does the trick- you look & feel sexier than ever. The products are also high quality. Shipping is excellent. They could improve returns by making it easier but frankly the item I returned was promptly refunded. No complaints- & my entire lingerie drawer is overflowing with the stuff!!

  Bras are very nice and size was right. Panties are too big and the fabric is kind of loose, doesn't stay at right place or fit at all. But because I ordered from Finland I find it quite difficult to return those. I'm dissapointed, because lingerie is quite expensive.

  Not an easy site to navigate. Filters can be frustrating as they don’t always apply as expected. For example when I filter by size, choose an item and it isn’t available in the chosen size.

  The product is great as my girlfriend loves it. But the delivery was poor. First the 10% discount was not applied nor would Aubade credit this back. Secondly it took over two weeks to deliver. It was not until I complained that action was undertaken.

  I seem to always have a problem when ordering with Aubade. I either have my parcel delivered to a wrong address, and have to reorder, or I have to chase my order because for days, sometimes weeks, it’s not been boxed up and sent. The delivery, is always late. When I’ve had to return an item, I’ve not received a refund. I am still waiting for a refund for two items I sent back in 2020, we’re now in 2022. It’s s shame, this kind of service lets the company down. I love Aubade underwear but I will never order through the company again. I’ll find a stockist elsewhere.
