  Ordering from the UK is a terrible experience. It paced the order, paid by credit card and for 2 weeks it showed as transaction pending and eventually got cancelled. Not had a great experience with Aubafe directly and reluctant to shop with them again despite loving their products.

  I would not recommend Aubade. They stole money from me. I returned a £150.00 item for a refund and never received the money back. I provided proof of return postage and the DHL tracking shows evidence of delivery to the Aubade office. I have contacted them on six occasions by email and messaged them via their Zendesk online portal and never received a response. They offer inconsistent sizing with their products, and are lacking with their communication and customer care.

  The products are lovely but the fact you have to pay international postage to send any returns back is outrageous. The fact then that it takes three weeks to receive the refund as you do not have sufficient resource is unacceptable. I will not place any further orders for this reason. If you had a UK returns address I would buy many more things.

  I am very happy with my lingerie. The lingerie is always beautiful and fits very well. I feel it as a pity that you do not get much information about the shipping time and when it will arrive. If that could be more then 5 stars is for Aubade not even enough.

  I am from Sydney Australia and I believe the is a big (love story) behind this brand Aubade wearing Aubade its like you feel the love and energy and excitement in every piece you will feel happy just by wearing it . its definitely a great brand and I wish to see more of it in Australia( like the full range ). 30 year ago I start wearing Aubade I have purchase my first set from Paris and since then its been aubade only wearing Aubade underwear its like wow for me what a great shape I love this brand I I love white and very light skin tone design I believe it is no other brand like Aubade . I rate Aubade beyond 10/10 .

  Good quality lingerie,my wife approved did have an issue with size, but made separate order for the correct one. Site quite easy to navigate, but found there were many photo's of the same item, but in different colours. One photo on the main site of a style would suffice, once clicked on here it can display all the colours rather than trawling through multiple pages.

  Easy site to navigate, good pictures showing detail on the pieces, delivery has always been good via DHL and I have had no trouble if anything had to be returned due an imperfect fit. As far as products go, the quality is very nice... I have pieces that have lasted me years.

  Positive: Sensual and delicate design. Shows the feminine site from a woman. Make her feels desired. Negative: Aubade, you should offer beautiful giftboxes with delicate rise paper to present your partner. Now we have to wrap it ourselves. When I buy in Waterloo at Scrupules they make a beautiful present to give. That's service you should and can expect from highend brand as Aubade? After spending more than 12.000 euro in 1 year I would have expected some cashback or gift vouchers.

  A good website, easy to find what you want, the bra I bought fit really well, Aubade are the only bras I wear, no one else comes close and I would seriously recommend because the cut you won't find on the high street, and the cut is what makes their bras excellent. I have had great service from Aubade, their bras are well worth the money.

  Received my order last month. Total value was € 261. Unfortunately despite trying to match via the size guide my bras were too big. Initiated and had to pay for my own return ( came to €30 +) which is very poor considering how much I spent. and without my discount as a new customer it would have cost €280 + Then I had to confirm myself that my return reached your warehouse in France on 28th April. When I requested an update on May 1st I was told that it can take up to 2 weeks to " be revised" without mention of refund process time - which means to me that I will also now have to wait on top of 15+ days for refund to be processed. Incredibly disappointing as a first time customer - before this I was planning to re order in my correct size after I received my refund. But now after being told it will take this long, I just might take my business elsewhere after my refund is eventually processed. :(
