  As a long term customer of Aubade i was very satisfied with the service, the delivery and packaging. It was unfortunate that my previous purchase came in a box severely damaged. Fortunately the product was ok but it was more by luck.

  I was persuaded to make the order by an additional 10% off offer. when I tried to activate this I was continually told I could only access the offer if I was on line (which I clearly was). As the order was a birthday present I went ahead and placed the order expecting to resolve the discount issue through your customer service. I was then told that it was "impossible" to give me my discount as a refund and what I needed to do was place a duplicate order, on which I would get the discount, and return the original order on which I would get a full refund. This is clearly a nonsense procedure as it is perfectly possible to issue a refund on the card used to make the purchase. As the purchase was a birthday present the additional delay might mean missing the date. I also had no confidence that the same would not happen again, leaving me with two full price orders. I feel that offering a discount incentive which can not then be accessed is, at best, misleading and reflects very badly on a company for which I previously had I high regard. Sadly this is no longer the case.

  Beautiful underwear that fits and washes well. Have worn Aubade for many years and never disappointed. Prompt deliveries too. My only criticism is that your cost to me of £9 return for one item was a little steep - £5/6 would be fair.

  I have bought many wonderful items from Aubade over several years & always given 5. However, on this occasion my parcel was lost in transit. A month has now passed and I am still awaiting a refund. Valued customer care non-existent. No offer of a replacement, and no suggestion of a refund until chronopost had taken 2 weeks to admit the loss. I am sadly very surprised at the poor level of customer care shown by such a quality brand which I adore and have spent thousands of £s with. Hope this was an isolated incident !

  Website good and easy to make an order. Product good and was a good size as advertised. When customer support was required the contact was prompt and good. However, delivery was poor. Emails and website says delivery is 3-5 days, it took more than a week to dispatch and over two weeks to arrive from order, meaning the product did not arrive on time for the occasion required. disappointing.

  Very good service, quality products and fast shipping. But, returns are not free even for large orders and quite expensive at £10. This was not obvious, nor was it mentioned anywhere clearly at the time of order. This is unusual and unexpected for a luxury brand, especially if one places a large online order and requires multiple sizes to try out.

  Every purchase I've made has always been great. The quality is excellent and the delivery service is fantastic. However, my last order - Bahia et Moi - 8035088 was not perfect as it normally is - the Tanga was poorly made and the cut was really bad. The other items were perfect, as I've come to expect.

  Delivery information is horrible. When using their online ‘service’ it is a bot that adds absolutely no value. It says that it cannot help and that a real customer representative will reach out. After 3 seperate confirmations of that, still nothing happened. Took more than 10 days to ship product within EU. Amazed to understand how this business has longevity unless it only wants to sell in physical stores(in which case good luck with that).

  I ordered a set in the Magnetic Spell range, Platinum, and it is absolutely exquisite. Ordered on 21/12, and delivered to rural NZ in under 2 weeks, despite it being Christmas. Amazing service. My order was beautifully packaged, and even more beautiful than it looks online. It took me QUITE a long time to figure out the suspender belt, but the result was more than worth it. Completely happy.

  I always give my wife Aubade lingerie. This time I gave her the whole My Desire set, which is lovely, but I had a problem with the bra. I bought the Half Cup Bra, in her size (75B), but it doesn't fit her well, it's loose. It gives me the feeling that it is poorly designed, because other Aubade models with the same size fit her perfectly. I will end up buying her the Triangle Bra, even though neither she nor I really like it.

  Terrible, placed the order to be told 6 days later no stock , asked for a suggestion for an alternative- non given. Goods arrived late and wrong - sent back. Having used Aubade in the past I won’t be using them again, £700 for three articles should give a nice experience for both the buyer and the receiver of the gift - in the case of Aubade they really don’t care about this at all. Very very disappointing

  The order took about two weeks to be dispatched (where they claim 1-2 business days), fortunately the delivery then was smooth. Still, I ordered as a gift teo weeks ahead of the occasion and I missed it by a couple days... Then the size was way too large - it's tricky to buy lingerie without trying or at least seeing it for real. So I also tested the return process- that was very smooth and easy, but it was not free - it costs about £10. Given how difficult it is to choose the right size or even model (they do look very different on photos), returns are to be expected, so honestly I would not recommend the online shop for this type of shopping unless you know exactly what you need and are not in a hurry.

  Took 3 weeks for the package to be mailed (I got a message saying the package had already been sent and returned, and that they could resend it to me for free, but I never received an e-mail with a shipping code before that). Arrived in the french size - while in Belgium I'm used to ordering in EU-sizes (they use the French sizes for Belgian costumers). So it was way too small in size. My own size might have still been there three weeks earlier, but was now sold out. And then I discovered the cost of sending it back is for me to pay. Won't be ordering from their site again.

  Aubade don’t seem to be will to accept bad reviews. I have be asked to write another. The first was my honest opinion of the state of my delivery and the appalling customer service I received afterwards. I’m not going to go in to the detail again as Aubade will probably refuse to publish it further wasting my time and putting future customers at risk. It is a real shame because the product it a quality product just let down by poor delivery and even worse customer service.

  Unfortunately for the first time I received a diabolical service. It took over a week for customer services to come back to me about returning a bra for a bigger size. When they did come back to me after 3 phone calls, the bra was out of stock which was very disappointing. I have returned the set and have not heard a word about my refund and neither have I received an apology for this debacle. I would like this escalated to your complaints team and I hope to hear from you soon.

  I love AUBADE sooo much! All the designs are so well fitting!! Everytning was perfect. The only thing that I had problem with was ordering from my iPhone as it didnt take my “country” when I tried to put the address. So I had to do it from computer.   The products are beautiful. No comments there. However, it would be great if I would receive a notification when the products are being sent and are expected to arrive. Unfortunately, the website and app of the delivery service used is complex in use and nearly impossible to re-schedule aan sending. They don't send notifications by e-mail, pick-up points are not available in my country (NL) so I had to leave a note for them in my front door.
